I have left nothing but five star reviews for this location since I've been coming here, and I come here every single day of my life, but today deserves a one star. The lady in the window working at 6:00 a.m. on Monday just treated me very poorly. I can't give you a name because I was not offered a receipt when my Coke and credit card were shoved at me. When she first started working here a couple years ago, she was very sweet but in the past year has gotten very impolite. This left such a bad taste in my mouth this morning that I decided to change my review. I can't believe this woman still has a job in customer service treating people the way she does because it's not a one-time occurrence, it's every single time I go through and she is there. She was upset because my order was not on her screen and did nothing but complain as she stood there to fill my drink, proceeding to ask me if I even went through the drive-through and spoke to the person on the speaker, trying to blame me because her coworker didn't ring in my order. It was a simple large Coke. She then grabbed my card from my hand after ringing it in herself, and then shoved the card and coke at me, slamming the window in my face as she's staring at me eye to eye, without muttering a single "thank you" or "have a nice day." I was shocked at the grown woman's childish reaction to discovering my order wasn't on her screen. I'm sure I will be changing it back to a five-star review because I usually have great and friendly interactions with the other workers but she is rude. Why does she continue to get away with this? I'm a district manager for a local restaurant chain and I can tell you no amount of labor shortages would ever force me to employ someone like this to represent my brand. I'd work in her place personally every day until I could find someone to fill her position. There's just no excuse. According to your reviews, I'm not the only one complaining about this type of experience lately, not to mention I've personally seen her treat every car in front of and behind me in the same manner. Usually she's in the first window but at 6am there is only a need for one window....and she's the lucky winner chosen to greet everyone starting out their day, bringing our moods down...
Read moreOne of the worst experiences I’ve had at McDonald’s. Ever… it was about 10:20-10:30 PM this is the second McDonald’s we went to to try to get apple pies the other, was out of them. So we drove to the next closest on about 15 minutes away, no big deal. Our friend has social anxiety and was trying to order and had some questions regarding the menu and we misheard the woman over the PA system and when we asked for pies we thought she said something about fries. She was short and not too thrilled to answer our questions. Once I pulled up to the window where my food was given I said something about how I felt like she was rude to me. She then proceeded to tell us we were “goofing off” and “messing around” at her drive thru. We apologized to her and tried to explain that we simply misheard her. She then proceeded to tell us how she could have/should have refused us service. While apologizing again she shut the sliding window and rolled her eyes while I was trying to talk to her and walked away. And when I said oh okay, she opened it back up and then shut it again I’ve worked fast food and retail and I have never treated a customer like this. Especially when they are trying to explain how they feel or what happened. Let alone apologize… like really? I have this whole interaction on video as well. So she can not say we lied....
Read moreMy family and I are DONE eating at our local McDonald's. We live .5 mile from this establishment and have NEVER EVER gotten fresh food. This evening after being asked to pull to the third window, our food was cold and wrong. I had to go in and get it right. So pulling to the window means the food ain't ready so your expecting it to be fresh....NOPE! NEVER! My husband went there last month ordered double cheese burger and a fry and it was 6.00 freaking dollars. He was asked to pull to lot 1 and he waited over 15 minutes for his food. When he received it the double cheese was a single and the frys were cold and not done all the way. 2 months ago me and my grandbaby aye breakfast here. When we walked in no front counter service at all. The workers just stared at us "like go away" our breakfast order was missing food, when I went to the counter the gentleman stated I will bring it right out....well we NEVER got our missing items. I'm done and my family is done paying FOR OVERPRICED COLD...
