We had never really thought about going here to eat but it was chosen for our Girl's Night Out/In. Uh...I don't think we will be coming back. I ordered the Mac-n-cheese with bacon. Now don't get me wrong, it was delicious but definitely not worth $11+ dollars for the small bowl I got. My cousin got the Asian Sesame Salad. She said it was good and there was enough for 2 meals. My daughter got the Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken. BIG problem with that. The chicken was really spicy and there was a fly in the salad. So that was $11 down the toilet. We got some baked goods to split amongst us for breakfast the next day. We got a chocolate croissant which was divine, a Cinnamon Crunch Bagel, which may just be our new favorite along with, a definite new favorite..honey walnut cream cheese spread! Yum!!! We also got a pecan braid and a bear claw which we really didn't care for. They had a lemony taste to them that was artificial and they were yuck! So Panera had its good points and bad points. But it will be checked off our list and...
Read moreSince the Panera brand was sold menu has changed dramatically. Most of the sandwiches I liked are gone. My visit was at 6:30 PM. Ordered an Italian sandwich they didn't have the bread they usually serve this on, and bread choices were very limited. Ordered a chicken sandwich. When I paid they gave me what I thought was a buzzer to let know when order was ready. Was sitting waiting and finally barely heard the worker say the number that was on my "buzzer" when I told her it never buzzed she replied "oh we just c as 'll out the number" So why give the things out. What about those who are hard of hearing because they don't use a microphone just spoke in a very quiet voice. Got home to eat and was very disappointed. Used to be I could eat half a sandwich and be full. Now I ate my sandwich and was still hungry. My turkey sandwich had one piece of Turkey and one slice of cheese. The bread was cut very thin and was tasteless. I can't believe the change. Don't think I will ever...
Read moreI came to the Elm location, as I approached to order, I looked at the tray of the cinnamon crunch, it was full at least 2 dozens, I ordered 6 pieces the Yung girl rung up the order, I was first on line and more customers where behind me, as the girl finished my order another older lady started to pick up the cinnamon crunch, I asked her joking leave me some, she said they all sold, I said you are not joking she said no I am not they are all sold. (Very bad experience👎 👎) bad management, l don't want to create a scene, I left with out saying anything but my angry expression when I left told the story. That was very rude, bad management from the older worker lady and I think she was one of the managers the way she were dressed, She didn't offer any courtesy solution, she didn't even look at me and continued picking up the cinnamon crunch for the mystery customer This incident happened on Friday night around 7 pm...
