Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Canton

I was at this location to pick up a order for doordashing there were six to eight other dashers there. I walked up to the register no one acknowledged that I was even there I did not see anybody in the staging area for the doordash orders. There was no gate, no line, no sign that says employees only pass this point so I proceeded to walk two feet behind the line and check the bags on the order to see if my two orders were up. I wanted to know if I was going to wait that way I could use the restroom or if I was about to leave. This punk 18 year old kid white skinny about 5 10 6 ft curly light brown hair came out into the staging area from the back and gave me a terrible attitude about being behind the line saying what why are you back here why are you back here you can't be back here. All he had to say was sir I'm sorry there's no employees past this point is there something that you need or something I can check out for you?. I am a 43 year old veteran in a while his little entitled but was sitting around playing video games I was out there fighting for freedom and keeping our liberties intact. I believe this entire store needs a lesson on customer service,...

Lady making my burritos argued about having veggies on my steak burrito when I tried to tell there wasn't she then looked at the ticket and said oh no the chicken one has it which also did not. She went back and forth between the two. I tried even showing her my phone because I ordered from the app. I in turn was done I just wanted my money back they could keep the food. Well word to the wise you order through google pay they can't refund it. Then she rudely asked what's the problem. Let's see you argued with me about veggies when the ticket and phone didn't have veggies on it what so ever then you toss the ticket at the cashier while rolling your eyes because apparently I'm wrong and don't know what I ordered and it's all in your tone. Well the guy in front of you had veggies on all his I was thinking about his. Mind you he's been gone 5 min already and my ticket just no excuse. Doubt I'll go back definitely will not if she is behind...

I will NEVER come back to this location, I went there and it was like 45 minutes until they closed. All the other staff was breaking down for the night or standing around talking. They had one girl making the food for the customers and she was very nice and apologetic for the wait. The manager rang up the guy in front of us and right before our order was done she ran to the bathroom and was gone 20 minutes we asked multiple staff to ring us out and they said the manager would be back soon. She finally came out of the bathroom visibly under the influence of some sort of drug. And did the same thing to the people behind us. There was another manager working too that kept going outside to her employees vehicles with them and would come back in and this continued multiple times. Then her family came in and waited for her to come back in from outside and then went through the line and they got quite a bit of food and just left...
