Pizza Joe's — Restaurant in Ohio

I read some past reviews and can say that there are 2 sides to every story and usually the truth is somewhere in between. Having said all that I will say that this is not the first time I have gotten pizza from here. First time was very good, this time was fantastic! Order pizza Friday evening? Well, couldn't get thru on phone, but online pick up order went through. Estimate was 40 minutes but wife went a few minutes early and pizza was just coming out of oven. She said the folks there were very busy but friendly and she got out in a minute. Ordered a large thin crust with mushrooms and pepperoni. Fantastic taste! The guys nailed it, perfect crust, sauce and toppings. Was saving 2 slices for lunch, but ended up being my breakfast. ...

If I could score lower I would. Ordered delivery through Slice App today and asked for the pizza and wings to be cooked well. That definitely didn’t happen. Especially the pizza which was quite undercooked that was easy to tell since it must of been dropped because 100% of toppings stuck to the lid in clumps. In the trash it went and oh yea I live in a 6 plex and the buzzard rang and I buzzed the door open (which makes a noise that they hear) but no she did not enter. Went to the door and she was already turned ready to leave. Slice rep called the location and they apologized and said they will redo the order immediately and re-deliver it. Again nothing no pizza no contact. Spent good money and nothing to eat or serve my company. Horrible...

I've been ordering from here for years now and I nust wanted to take the time to say how wonderful this place is!! Aside from being fast, especially with delivery, their pizza is ALWAYS absolutely perfect!! My most recent order, large round with extra cheese and bacon, was probably one of the best pizzas I ha e ever had!! Thank you to a restaurant that truly gets it right and obviously cares about the product that's going out, and these days it's hard to find businesses that actually go that extra step to care about the customers!
