The Cafe At Michael D's — Restaurant in Ohio

I stopped here early one Sunday morning and it wasn’t too busy.

I ordered my standard breakfast. Eggs, meat, toast, sausage gravy and everything was good.

It was a hot morning but wow was it cold in the restaurant. I almost had to run to my car and get a sweater.

When I walked in the waitress told me I could sit wherever. It didn’t take too long to get my order in or my food. Everything was delicious but the food wasn’t as hot as I’d like and the sausage gravy wasn’t hot at all. I didn’t say anything because literally everything else was fine and it was good. I think there was just one server for the whole restaurant for a little bit and maybe my food was sitting. I don’t know but no big deal, it happens. I was overall very happy with my visit and would definitely recommend you try it out...

10 minutes to have order taken. Only 2 waiter persons. Still waiting for order over 40 minutes. Sad because it used to be run better. We have never had such a wait here. Hopefully the food will come out good if we ever get it. And of course didn't expect the food to be any better than the service. My Bacon and cheese omelet had NO BACON at all and I was offered a lump of 1 piece of bacon to add to my omelet with a slice of cheese on it. The portions have also become 1/2 orders of food at prices that have risen in the last 3 months. Wow. We are very disappointed. And the waiter was being stretched to his limits. There were other small parties that waited longer than us. We obviously will not be recommending Michael D's.Thankfully the waiter...
