Wendy's — Restaurant in Ohio

I went through drive thru at 11pm 09/10/20 Before I decided to get Wendy's I seen a car circle the building a couple of times and seen a person walking to get into that car. But I really wanted Jr. Bacon Cheese Burger, anyways when you first pull in you circle their building to get to speaker. Thinking that I was going to be greeted so I can place my order, I was totally wrong. Nobody spoke into speaker, nobody said anything and after sitting there I want to say 5 min's I googled the restaurant the inside closed at 10 but drive thru is open til 12am? So I called and the lady who answered the phone made absolutely no sense.. she said that she only had 2 people in the store and the person who was running register is the same person who would be taking the order but they needed to cash out the person at window who was ahead of me and it was going to take a min because there was someone ahead of me. Ok I circled the building and there wasn't anyone in front of me. So I seen a trucker pull in. They was hungry too, guess what they was also denied receiving food. I also work fast food however, customers money is what helps pay the employees who are there clocked in to work not having people work to milk the clock. Makes me wonder how many other truckers has been denied? Or how many others circled the building to be told a ghost of a customer was in front getting cashed out? She sounded flat dumb. As long as speed & friendliness aren’t highly ranked factors for your satisfaction, you’ll love this place. The last 5+ times I’ve tried to order at that this location, I’ve waited 10+ minutes before even getting to pay. Tonight (as well as many other nights), they decided to process one order at a time. After the car at the second window received their food, then they would continue taking orders. I sat at the speaker with no cars in front of me for 3+ minutes before I had to ask if someone was there. I received a mumbled “...look at menu...be right with you.” Another 4 minutes before I finally left. The ineptitude of this restaurant is astounding. As someone who lives in the community & used to frequent Wendy’s semi-often, I’ve had pleasant experiences 1/15 visits. The staff have nearly NEVER been less than rude/hostile/indifferent, the speed of the service must not matter outside of maybe the lunch time. This restaurant barely suffices as one & has shown no signs of improving in years. Whoever’s managing these employees either isn’t directly involved or doesn’t care. This will forever stain my view of Wendy’s & their practices.

I also find it really funny that two different 5 star reviews on here have the same exact phrases, word-for-word. It’s clearly not an employee trying to make their business look it isn’t filled to the brim with an apathetic,...

If I could rate Wendy’s on needmore lower than a 1 star I would due to tonight’s experience. I arrived at Wendy’s on needmore around 9:00p going through the drive through I order a #10 which is one of their chicken sandwiches, while ordering I asked the cashier to take off the tomatoes, add Mayo and keep the ranch and make everything fresh! I get to the window and my food is ready which I couldn’t understand how so fast, she said “it just came up” I put my hand inside the bag, the fries felt hot as if they just came out so I continue to check my sandwich, I open this sandwich up and it’s TONS of mayo and ranch which is confusing because I didn’t ask for extra of neither! Just lettuce, so I open the sandwich up and see the extra lettuce I assumed the ranch and mayo had just smushed and that’s why it’ appeared to be so much. Well I was WRONG and I will never make the mistake of taking the sandwich back to be remade! I completely wasted my money, Before I could even bit the sandwich I needed a napkin to clean off some of the ranch, THEY didn’t have napkins in our bags either ( side note ) so I get the sand which cleaned off and I take a bit and it’s sliding all out of my hand, the bread was soggy, it was literally so much ranch I could make an entire cup of ranch (dipping cup size). I tried calling but no one picked...
