Wendy's — Restaurant in Ohio

I just spent almost THIRTY MINUTES in what was supposed to be a drive through order. Yes the line was long; i was unbothered. Order my food, pay, pull up... check my order... missing crispy chicken sandwich, given jr bacon cheeseburger instead of double stack; no biggie I'll run inside and have it fixed with receipt in hand... wait in line inside, show my receipt and wait to have my correct sandwiches come out. I see 2 other orders being fixed as well while the drive through is dying down outside. I witness mobile order accidentally being swapped between a man and woman. Woman unknowingly leaves, they tell man his order was given away and he walks out. I wait for almost TWENTY minutes for my corrected sandwiches, while indoor order after order placed in line behind me is being filled. I received my cripsy chicken sandwich and a BACON double stack, so again not my exact order and by this time I'm NOT willing to wait around to have it fixed. The rest of my food is getting cold in the car, I'm NOT about to spend close to an hour to recieve my fast food order. Never in my entire life have i waited this long inside or outside ordering of a fast food establishment. I do not want apologies, or freebies, or refund.... i just want you to do better,...

What can I say that everyone doesn't already know about this place?

The location here in town is always busy and I'm sure everyone feels as I do, the food will be hot and it won't take long to get through the drive thru, as they are always ready for the crowd.

Love that they have added some amazing new sandwiches and what a surprise. The new chicken with barbeque sauce, pickled and onions was a tasty and uniquely awesome sandwich.

I always enjoy the hot chili with extra hot sauce on the side with extra crackers and today was no different.

The fries have always reminded me of the fair food fries and man I can never wait untili get home to have one. 😊

They have a few specials with four for $4 and their value menu for those looking to maximize what they can get.

Cold frosty for a nice cold treat for the kids and their salads are fresh and crisp and a delight.

My daughter had always loved filling her fries in her frosty and hot fries too start are the best.

Even if they have a long line or to the main road, rest assured that they will have the line moving fast and you'll have fresh hot food on less than ten...

Update 3/14/2023 I ordered online, and it was so easy! I pulled up to the drive-thru, and all I had to say was I ordered online and gave my name. It was a reasonably large order, and they didn't forget anything. I didn't know you could pay with Google. That's so much easier than having to enter your credit card info. What I loved- Easy, and fast, and the food was ready when I got there. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I didn't plan on dining at the busiest time of the day, but they were fantastic! The line for the drive-thru reached out past the road. Lunch hour, and they were packed. It didn't matter, and they were fantastic! I went inside today, I thought it'd be too much inside, but it wasn't. Nice and cool, clean and comfortable, and the staff were amicable. Our food came out within minutes, hot and fresh. I will come back, even during lunch hour. I ordered a Strawberry Summer salad; wow! If I can find that house dressing for at home, I would...
