Wendy's — Restaurant in Ohio

I sent though the drive through 5/24/23 Host Marcy #3117 They were training a new guy on the drive through. I ordered 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers with only ketchup and mustard, the guy rang it as a cheeseburger minus onion minus pickle. I received 2 cheeseburgers with only ketchup. Parked my truck on my short lunch break I had went inside. Cashier was kind tried to tell them re make My sandwich there wasn't even mustard. Marcy declined and tried to give me the same burgers back that were not correct. There was 1/2 other. People with errors I front of me, same issue. It's not my fault your person made an error obviously more than once. The customer is always right. Even though I was starving hungry I asked for a refund so I could have proof of this un professional rude employee. It was only $3 , that's not the point, she would not correct the food I paid for that was not only wrong from what was printed on receipt wasn't what I ordered.

Well I'll have to charge you if you want 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers, after I just handed them the burgers they cooked that were wrong and now cold, and went through several people opening and opening the burger. Throw the burger away and make what the customer ordered. I will never go to this location, possibly never go to any Wendy's again. They use to have my favorite burger, but definitely had my least favorite employee. Again it was only the one lady at this location several other employees even said sorry and just kind of stayed silent.

I have been to this Wendy's several times in the months of July and August. It is consistently horrible. I'm usually there evening/ night, between 8pm-midnight. They throw those sandwiches together. Every order is missing something or off. Drinks taste funny. And my last oreo brownie frosty was trash. They were missing the proper tops for the frosty and instead of informing me of such and putting this in a bigger cup so you can fit the cookie crumbles and spoon, they bypassed all of that, and shoved it into the regular cup with a regular lid, missing all of the extras, and looking at me, like this is the norm. Every single time I go there, I say I'm going to call corporate and leave a review. And I let life get in the way. But today... especially after experiencing a Wendy's in the city with excellent quality consistently, I decided to leave this review. It is usually late and I'm headed home with few options for food when I stop here. I try to bypass this Wendy's because I know it's gonna be trash. Sometimes I can't. Wendy's should have menue item listed on their site or drive-threw menu if they don't sell it!!! The asiago grilled chicken club sandwich is a grilled chicken sandwich. Well folks, they don't have the grilled chicken that goes with that particular sandwich. But they have diced chicken lol!!!
