Wendy's — Restaurant in Ohio

I am very disappointed in the service I received tonight at the second window. I’m not sure if the young guy was having a bad night or what but he was throwing my food and drinks around as if I’d done something to him. My order was missing pieces, he got upset because I asked him for a carrier when I had 3 drinks. He tried to give me a broken carrier and when I asked for a new one he slammed the window and I could hear him saying things about me making him angry. I then had to ask him again for my sauces because there were none in the bag and he slammed the window even harder this time. I received boxes of fries that looked as if someone had already eaten out of them, there were like 8 or 9 fries in each box. I was not pleased at all with tonight’s experience and I feel that as a customer an employees frustrations should never be visible to the customer. I was not rude to him in any way to make him act the way that he did. I hope that someone speaks with him about his attitude because that kind of behavior makes people not want...

This particular Wendy's is always good. I genuinely will drive out of my way to go to this location if I'm craving Wendy's!

The attendants are always super nice, fast food isn't a glam job by any means, so when I pull up to the window and I'm greeted with a smile and kindness it makes a difference! They always have clean presentable uniforms too which also says a lot about how well management is doing their job!

This is the only Wendy's that consistently has good products every time. The dining room and bathrooms are also clean inside the building, typical interior for Wendy's nothing fancy.

Very, very bizarre energy in this store. I said hello to who I assumed was the manager. Nothing. 4 minutes until anyone even made eye contact with me.

Said hello to a staff member. Nothing. Didn’t even look at me. When they completed bagging my DoorDash order at 3:28 PM for “K.H” on 9/11/24 (staff member had glasses, holes in belt, long sleeve shirt, color in their hair). They then STARED at me with the bag in their hands without saying a word.

I said, “uhhh… I’m here for KH.” They handed me the bag & I said, “you know your staff might want to acknowledge people’s existence?” And they turned around and walked away.
