Today I visited the Braum's store on NW Expressway west of Council about 10:45 am. This experience was a great example of employees who did not care anything about customer service or earning their pay. The first thing I encountered was a young black male employee standing on the north side of the entrance puffing away on a cigarette. Because the wind was out of the north, the smoke floated across the entrance as you entered. For a non smoker, that was disgusting. Next I observed a customer standing at the food check out and looking around for someone to help him. I got the celery that I needed and proceeded to check out. When I arrived at the cash register, the other customer was still standing there and said, "Good luck on getting someone to help us." As I stood there waiting I noticed a female employee (possibly the shift manager) go sit at a table with what appeared to be a customer or friend. Never once did she look our way. Another was standing behind the ice cream counter looking very bored. April who was on break at the time came over to us to help us check out. She apologized for the inconvenience and was very pleasant to deal with. The rest of the employees cared less about your business. I don't understand why companies allow poor customer service. This is not the only Braum's store that I have encountered this situation. Don't you conduct surprise visits to see how your stores are being managed? Maybe you should watch Undercover Boss....you may find a way to increase profit margins without raising the price of your product and increase repeat business at...
Read moreThe two young blonde girls have been there the past 3 times I have visited with my family we just turn around and leave. We went in to give it another shot and sure enough they were both there in the ice cream area. We said we wanted 4 jr single dips in a cup 1 chocolate, 1 vanilla, 1 cookies and cream and 1 chocolate chip cookie dough. You would have thought they had to do rocket science by the way they act every-time we place this order. They asked us so many times what we wanted we got so confused we didn't kno what we wanted. The kids got their ice cream but none of them had the same amount of ice cream and my youngest got like half a scoop while the others got like two.. they just do not listen or pay attention. Not to mention we decided we didnt want ice cream after trying to order the kids ice cream so we moved over to get hamburgers and that was even worse! The young man had NO idea what came on what and how many or didn't know any info and did even ask he just said he didn't know. We are so fed up we would never come here again not even if they paid us to. I hate this location Id rather have all my teeth puled out with no pain meds than have to deal with those 3 ever again! It...
Read moreIt’s hard for any other location to match up to Texas I know Braum’s are everywhere but OKC is a different nexus The location was very clean indeed and made me want to return But the young lady in the front was very new without much support and my visit took a slight turn The manager sat on a chair in the front and looked as if she was taking orders The young lady was lost and a bit unsure and had a small ice cream scoop disorder I ordered the pistachio flavor with a large waffle cone and my mouth began to water She looked down confused and couldn’t find my muse, I wish someone would have taught her. The scoops that were given didn’t fill the big cone and left me a little disappointed So I grabbed a spoon and pressed it all down so that the whole cone is better anointed. My sister was mad when she received her cone which was so much smaller than mine She picked up the scoop with a look of despair but went on and stepped out of line The dessert was great as it always is but the staff could be better trained For everything is bigger in Texas and OKC can take note so my confidence in you...
