My family and I have not eaten at bricktown brewery in quite some time, maybe a year or two. We went to the location in OKC and we were sat down. As a few minutes went by, we saw a few more tables sat after us. Their table was fastly approached by their waitress and provided their drinks. We continued to wait and after 5 minutes waiting with no waitress or waitor to approach our table or even a hello, welcome have you been served. My husband had to go back to the hostess stand and inquire about who our waitress was because no one has come to our table to greet us or even ask for drinks. The hostess stated, I'll go find her. 10 minutes passed and my husband had to go back to the hostess stand and asks again, however as he was up their, the waitress finally approached us. I informed her that we had been waiting 10 minutes with no communication from staff and just been siting here. Her response "well I was in the bathroom!" She appeared to be very offended that I in informed her we had been waiting for some time and no communication. Their was no apology from our waitress, and my husband decided that we would take our business elsewhere. She said have a great day. As we walked out a group of employees just stood their staring knowing the issue, as prior before our waitress approached our table, they knew we had been waiting for quite some time. Not one manager or employee offered to asks why we were leaving or offer an apology for the amount of time we had waiited. I do not recommend this location as the service was horrible, lack of customer service, and lack...
Read moredo not go here unless you like below mediocrity * i had dined in to the restaurant here this time last year, food was great and service was alright. i’m not too sure what’s happened within the last year though. 3 months ago we ordered delivery and i had ordered a chicken salad with grilled chicken (not on the menu anymore, i wonder why) the chicken was tough, the lettuce had a weird chemical taste, and worst of all the croutons had a freezer taste. i took the benefit of the doubt because it was so good the last time i was in, maybe just an off week. last week we decided to order delivery again and i had ordered the chicken elote dip, it was good but i asked for no cilantro and received cilantro, had to eat around it and in the end my stomach hurt. along with this the chips were so incredibly hard it was actually a challenge to chew some of them. fast forward to today we wanted to order once again and this is what did it in for me. ordered the Hatch Green Chili Burger with Fries, regular fries mind you. the order didn’t come with the queso, the bottom end of the lettuce head is what was supplied, tortilla strips had no taste, and the thing was more oily than the coast. oh and also i somehow received my mothers extra order of sweet potato fries and never got the regulars. i hope they go back to the way they were but when they do i just don’t think im going to take a chance and spend my money on it again. not...
Read moreSo disappointed in our last visit at this location yesterday. We come to this location because the waitstaff is amazing. Our food or lack of food yesterday was a HUGE disappointment. The "pizza cook" was busy on the phone and forgot to make my pizza- per the Manager he was on the phone with the "big boss"...my wife's fish was under cooked....her fries were being remade because per the waitstaff they looked nasty. Then the manager proceeds to bring my wife one of her sides..while still waiting on my pizza and my wife's fish still needed to be remade! When I finally get my pizza it looked like a kids pizza, all the toppings were in the middle, dough was undercooked, but the manager claimed it was "perfect." My wife's fish never came back out, pizza was not edible....she kept saying well I comped the meal. What meal? My food wasn't edible, my wife's wasn't ever remade, and we paid for our son's burger, the only consumable meal. We didn't go out to eat for imaginary food and a comped meal. Keep in mind we have ordered the pizza and fish here numerous times and have a clear expectation of what it...
