Terrible. Rude. Ordered online for dive thru pick up. Entered drive thru a few minutes after being alerted. Sat there at the speaker for several minutes before coming inside. Woman at the pick up counter deliberately ignored me. Went to ordering counter. Young man showed me empty pick up rack. "It was for drive thru," I said. Nothing. A different woman who later identified herself as a manager appeared at the pick up counter. I tried to engage her but she deliberately ignored me. Wouldn't even look at me. Just some angry woman. I paced back to ordering counter. Nothing. Went back and asked the rude woman for a manager. She responded, "I'm a manager." I explained how I've got a sandwich sitting around and getting soggy by now. I literally begged for my order. I showed my electronic receipt. I showed the phone screen. She threatened to call the cops and performed this pantomime of calling on speaker, but the "cops" never picked up. Meanwhile, this manager appears from out of nowhere and tells me to leave. I showed her my phone and told her I would gladly leave when she either refunded my money or gave me the sandwich. She reached behind the counter and handed me my clearly labeled order. Read moreAbsolutely perfect as far as a Panera goes only issue is with a manager under the name of Jen or Jennifer blonde shorter stature lady has caused arguments with me called me names made accusations that I was stealing products I paid for then was told that she just has to make sure I'm not a thief and if you look on Yelp not just Google review you will see her listed by her first name as well causing many other issues with many other customers at the same location if Panera bread had any common sense they would either get rid of her as a manager or send her to some type of schooling that can teach her how to be appropriate in a work environment to actually give some helpful advice though about this location they could make the drink bar a little bit better so it's not so hectic around lunch time and dinner time it's almost impossible to find the spot and not get ran through from people trying to take their meals to their seats and everything in between if they had a bigger drink service area with all of the sugars coffees and whatnot it would make it tremendously easily easier I also don't disagree with high school students getting jobs but it really makes this place a mess when there are only two adults and the other 98% of the staff is high...
Read moreI have never been so disappointed at a Panera, usually they are very nice and the order comes out in a timely manner, today I walk in to a inattentive worker/"Panera associate" she took my order and forgot to even start it. As in I ordered recieved my TOGO ORDER, ate there and still wasn't done, the place wasn't even busy...... I ordered a bagel pack, 2 souffles and one breakfast wrap, usually while i wait and sit down for a couple if minutes waiting on the order, I recieved my wrap in less than 3 minutes, the bagels took 20 minutes, I ordered everything Togo, and usually it takes no less than tdd minutes to get the bagel pack and the souffles are already done, so just need to pack it, same with the bagels, when I ordered they had all the bagels, I have ordered but later on finding out, I was late. I ended up eating my tofu food and still waited. I was at Panera for 30 total for a Togo order. Everything was there except a competent worker to provide. Worst experience, I have ever had, I have had jobs in the food business and for this type of big time chain restaurant/bakery, the service is just outrageously horrid. No apologies either, just have a nice morning, although they ruined my morning. And now here I am...
