This Qdoba has some of the worst service iāve ever seen! I placed an order online and selected āpick up INSIDEā. I proceeded to walk INSIDE to pick up my order, and as I wait by the giant sign labeled āPICK UPā right above the counter, I notice they have a passive aggressive sign typed up on a sheet of printer paper that says āONLINE ORDERS USE PICKUP WINDOW, this is not a drive throughā
frankly, the sign left me confused. iāve been to this (and other) Qdobas many times. iāve never had any issues picking up inside when i request my order forā¦inside pick up? lol. i thought. regardless, the employee takes the name on my order and as she hands me my bag, she says to me āby the way, next time youāre here FEEL FREE to use the pickup windowā. iām sorry but why would you give me the option to pick up inside if thatās not what you want your customers doing? the (very unprofessional) typed in sign made sense more as i realized it meant their drive through style pickup window was what they were trying to redirect me to use. I donāt have a carā¦have you ever considered there could be many reasons why one would NOT want to go through your drive-through style pick up window?
iāve had other terrible experiences here through doordash but this is my first (and last) in person experience that iām gonna put up with. goodbye...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIn all my visits to Qdoba, today may have been the day to push me away as a customer! Today being September 18, 2025 around 6:10pm, I and my family visited the Qdoba located on SW104th! The staff took a while to greet us being they were engaged in their own conversation! That didnāt bother me considering theyāre younger employees but upon ordering, there was a shorter girl with a black apron and red hair cover who was unacceptably rude! I donāt engage employees being you donāt fully know the extent of their behavior but when it come time to pay, she asked for a tip! I tip upon service so I selected $0 and she made a smirk then began roughly throwing my queso and salsa in the bag and flung it in the counter! The salsa spilled over at which I stood there to fix it and she walked off to help another customer! My franchise uses Qdoba often but if this is the service, Iām not sure I trust these staff with food prep! I at that point didnāt want to pay for the food but didnāt want to create a scene because you had other guest in the lobby! I donāt expect much but if Iām paying for a service, I expect to be treated with a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMan, this place has fallen apart. Every order weāve placed since they reopened has been late, wrong, or both. Been going here for yearsā¦done now. š¤·āāļø ::update!::: Welp, we finally tried again. 3 orders in the last month, and itās actually improved (relative anyway)in the two years since we stepped away. Consistent quality seems to have improved. A few folks now, instead of just the one, super-solid, long time guy, that seem to be leaning forward and striving to offer excellent customer service (good folks, if not enough of them), but now itās the online ordering system. Twice in a row, we have carefully built an entire order for the familyā¦ready to roll! Ready to dive into some deliciousness!..only to be thwarted by a disappointing message when trying to checkout, āā¦something went wrong. Online ordering is not available at this time..ā. Youāre killināme Smalls! Donāt make it that hard for me to give you my money. Bricktown Brewery it is. ...
