My go to drink spot! I had always been frustrated with the lack of variety of tea in restaurants and cafes in the city, so I was excited when a proper tea shop opened close to where I live. There is a great variety of green, black, and oolong teas with a variety of flavors. Plus, they offer a wide variety of other items ranging from coffee (iced Vietnamese coffee is to die for), milk tea, foam tea, fruit tea (with actual fruit floating in the tea), and more. But, the biggest draw for me is customization. I hate going to cafes and not having control over how much sugar goes into my drinks. It is either very sweet or not sweet at all. Here they let you pick the from over six levels of sweetness (not counting unsweet). Furthermore, you can add various toppings, like tapioca balls, to further customize your drink. I like to get an unsweet tea with a little tapioca (boba) to add just the right amount if sweetness without raising my blood sugar too high. If I could give 0 star, I would . I waited over 25 minutes for 2 drinks. First they said no boba , ok no problem . Understandable, so I choose crystal boba instead. Waited for my drink , notice the machine to seal the drink have problem , it’s ok , things happened- still waiting . What pushed me to the edge was , a group of 4 peoples came after me and another lady got their drinks first . So I approached her and ask is my drink ready because I ordered 5 mins before that group of 4. She then said oh because we are out of boba . I was so mad since I’m staring at my drinks which been ready and it have crystal boba , not the boba that they claimed they are out. So dont use that excuse . That’s unacceptable service . I would not be coming back here . Would drive 30 minutes north to get it at another Feng cha , instead of waiting 25...

I LOVE the drinks here. Feng Chas drinks are a step above all other local boba cafes. I also love the order ahead option from the app and the rewards. Orders here are typically prepared in a timely manner. However, consistently I find that the restroom are not taken care of. Very dirty, not stocked, etc. This has been my experience more than 5 times. Also, I’m not sure I would recommend this place as a study spot since the music is always blasting. Maybe that’s the vibe they’re going for, but I always find myself wearing headphones in an attempt to drown out their their music with something a little less distracting.
