Wendy is a very awesome manager she is very laid back very sweet kind and very respectful when it comes to the customers if the food is made wrong she does not argue with the customers she just gets their order again and remakes it the way it's supposed to be made if there's customer complaints and they go to her she tries to fix them with no hesitation I love working with her I really wish I could go back working with her and everything but there's certain reasons why I can't and I'm not explain that but if I had to say anything I rather Wendy be my manager at any place that I will go and work at she understands my family situation she understands my daughter and our situation she doesn't yell unless you know you make her mad but that's everybody but like I said she is very sweet kind and lovable she works her butt off she keeps the place super clean and when I did work with her she was always making sure all her co-workers were in their station at the time they needed to be and if somebody didn't show up she was making sure somebody was there to cover that shift She always comes to work very happy on time and she always gets all her stuff done she always make sure she stays if she needs to like I said before I would love to go work back with her again if I could she is a very good manager and for crying out loud she can run her own business her own store she is a good manager a good person a good people person customer service person she never has an attitude with anybody...

Holy cow this disgusting filthy place filled WITH THUGS AND EMPLOYEES STONED AT WORK MAKING US AND OUR GURSTS FEEL EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE AND …. Unsafe…. Has me to the point that I will report to every single person who has control or authority over this place as to the unsafe environment this is Tonight, my mother and I came through on the way from the post office to order at the drive-through when young man who is very pleasant, spoke to us, and that our order for incorrect in which the manager was called and they braided each other about the young men’s drug use during the Work. And I had to tolerate this man threatening this man, the managers life that he would end up dead. Meanwhile, in shock like this was must be a joke. We were handed just a bunch of cold sandwiches and I don’t know what just happened but I don’t think either of them with that disheveled, stoned Criminal enterprise or whatever they got going on there I felt completely uncomfortable for my mother a wonderful 74 year old servant of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, that I am embarrassed and ashamed. I will never go to a Burger King as long as I live, I hope that this Burger King is held accountable for the ridiculous ugly attitude towards each other and the disheveled looks the employees have, as well as disheveled, food unsanitary conditions. I order my food (2 whoppers NO onions and add cheese on both and 8 pc cheese jalapeno bites ) paid didnt get my receipt and left not thinking about checking my food ate at this location plenty of times and was driving down the road to where my husband was and then i bit into my burger just so i can have a allergic reaction to the onions that were not supposed to be in my burgers $300 and something dollars later (because i had to use my epi pen ) i call and they told me he didnt take my order right and then they had to charge me for the cheese i was totally fine with paying for the cheese after all i thought i did already and when i arrived i waited in the drive thru just so he can charge me for someones else food and i told him no i was the one you messed up on and if i could go inside he then said the lobby is open and the ladies inside made my order really fast and said i didnt have to be charged anymore a $8 order that just cost me $308.00 not cool guys maybe yall need to make sure you repeat yalls orders because at first when i was at the menu board he did put no onions and add cheese and i guess he changed it and he was very in a rush to take the next order i could even get all my order out before he asked over and over is that it he was very polite at the window if that counts for anything just really not happy with...
