⭐ 0 Stars Completely Disgusted and Outraged

I’m still in shock over what I witnessed at Burger Punk on Britton Road. Two Black customers walked in just ahead of a white customer. The staff didn’t even look at them. No greeting. No “hello.” No acknowledgment. Just cold, dismissive stares and turned-up noses like they didn’t belong there.

But the moment the white customer walked in suddenly the staff lit up with smiles, warm welcomes, and friendly chatter. The contrast was so blatant it made my stomach turn. The Black customers were rushed through their order, treated like an inconvenience, and then ignored the second their food was placed. No service, no common decency, NOTHING.

It was blatant discrimination, and I’m absolutely furious. No one should EVER be treated like that. This isn’t just bad service it’s racial bias out in the open.

And to top it off? The place smelled disgusting, like old dirty mop water that hadn’t been changed in days. If they treat people like that, I can only imagine how they treat the food.

I will NEVER support this place, and I hope others think twice before spending a dime here. Do better, Burger Punk. This...

I just happen to be on my way home from work one night so,I pulled in here, spur the moment idea. The atmosphere is very vibrant and colorful. I found the place to be very clean. I enjoyed the decor. I ordered a hamburger to go. The bartender girl was nice but, when I told her I had never been here before, she just pointed to the menu and that was it. I kind of would have hoped, since I was a new customer, She would have gone out of her way to help explain the menu to me. Instead of just pointing to it and saying there it is or we have a QR code. So, I ordered a BYOB-hamburger. When I got home I was like wow! The hamburger was really good! It was a very generous portion, the flavor was delicious,It was very juicy and I was very pleased with it. I will definitely give this place another try and I hope that maybe when I return ,I will be given a little bit more attention to any specials or highlights about the menu. But, she was polite. And I think the manager/ owner brought me my food and she was also polite and thanked me for...

place is cool as hell. i’ve tried burgers all around this area and i haven’t found any that aren’t kinda grease-ball-ey. until here! at least when i went, and what i got, (the clash), there was very little grease, which let the flavors come through. impressed by the quality of the burger, i also got the OG Mac, which could’ve maybe used some salt, at least if you ate it right after a burger. but it was still way better than mac i’ve gotten at any other restaurant. the interior is cool, and dimly lit, which i like. aesthetics were neat, i can’t say anything bad about the place. and the guy with the long hair was nice! i’m awkward and bad at conversation but he did well! definitely more friendly than i’d ever expect.

if i had to gripe, it’s that the parking outside sucks, it’s like a warzone trying to back out of a space, but i think there’s side parking, so i recommend taking...

An interesting place to stop in for a burger. I opted for the Monthly Special. This month is the French Dip Burger - and to be honest it was just okay. They need to work on perfecting this burger. The onions were merely grilled and not carmelized. So it lacked the flavor necessary for the French Dip. The burger was cooked just fine but the Au Jus needed more of a beef flavor as well. Overall it turned out to be just a medicore burger. The upside great fries! My wife wanted Ranch Dressing and it was not good - over powering dill flavor, and to top it off they charged for it. If you're going, here are a few of my tips don't get the soda, it's $2.25 a can. Instead order water and save the money for the shake! Now here is the positive - the shake is $5.00 and you can get the ButterfInger or Oreo. Which I believe is a must try!

Cannot say enough about how good our whole experience was here! The Clash burger was the perfect mix with spicy grilled jalapeños/onions and hoisin aoli. The Doritos gave it the perfect little crunch, I love mixed textures. I miss good krinkle fries and this place has them. We got sauces to dip them. Get the sauces all made in house. The Butterfinger shake was a perfect kiss to my Dairy Queen memories from my youth. They have monthly and lunch special. A fun bar, outdoor patio and clean restrooms. Im a huge fan of our other local rock n roll burger place but Punk Burger has all of our business from now on. Don't forget to check out the Paseo location too.

This was my first visit and it was a great experience! The server was nice and helped us out since it was our first visit. Our appetizer was really good. The burgers were really good. We got the onion burger and the OG punk. Great taste. They were made as requested. The fries were good. It was nice and chill inside. The windows are tinted to keep the heat out. We sat by the window so that was helpful. The goo goo muck drink was nice. We parked on the west side of the building in the parking lot which I prefer to the street parking. 10 out of 10 , recommend 👌.
