I was recently able to stop by the Lucky Dumpling food trailer and I’m so glad I did! I tried their Korean beef rice bowl w/spicy mayo (upgraded the rice to their pineapple fried rice) with a side of Asian corn slaw and also 1 egg roll. The food certainly had good flavor, the presentation was really nice, portion size was on point, and the lovely people working the trailer were very nice to talk to. Really, everything over all was great. If you get an opportunity to stop by and see them, please do! You’ll be glad you did!

I had their Korean Spicy BBQ wings at the Tulsa state fair this week and it has surpassed any fair food I’ve ever had. (Maybe even the best chicken wings I have EVER tasted in my life) I normally don’t like bone in chicken, but it was so good I didn’t even care and probably could’ve eaten the bone itself 🤣 It was freaking amazing.
