I got the “Gobbler Special” for $13.
Ordered a water to drink. Simply because I wanted to drink water. I thought I was getting sweet potato fries, but they actually came on the burger. I was surprised to get regular fries. Waitress specifically asked me what sauce I wanted on the side - ordered ranch. Waitress also asked me what I wanted to drink (after I already ordered my water - while I was ordering my burger). I thought my drink was included in the special so since I was paying for a drink already in my special I decided to get a tea (which I barely drank because it wasn’t great). Food was incredibly greasy, but tasted decent. The ranch was delicious.
Now once I got my check it was almost $20 for just me! I was charged for the tea (which again was advertised to be apart of the meal with the waitress - you got a drink or a Coors). I was charged $1.00 for a very small side of ranch (which again was presented like it was included) I was charged $11 for my burger and $3 for my fries - that was already $14 - was advertised as $13.
Normally I don’t even pay attention to the receipts I just pay the bill. But this really just rubbed me the wrong way! I’ll be paying attention from now on. And shame on this company for misleading customers. 😳
The waitress was really sweet tho. So I didn’t complain. I just paid the...
Read moreWe've been wanting to go here for a while, we moved to OKC almost 2 years ago. Tonight we ordered the The Gobler, which is the Thanksgiving special of the month, and I was REALLY excited to try it, since I love Thanksgiving foods, and my fiancé ordered The Clash. He also ordered a side of crinkle cut fries, with cheese sauce on the side, and a coke, and I got cheese fries and a water.
pros: my fiancé liked his burger, the side of cheese cause is 10/10 amazing
cons: it was almost $40 for all of this, they forgot a coke, and an order of cheese fries, and I did not like my burger
The burger it's self could have been good, and it should have been good. The turkey did not have the consistency of a turkey burger, it felt like biting into a deep fried chicken wing, and it was overly spiced. The cranberry was very good, but when paired with everything else it was over powering - maybe this was to counter act the spices of the turkey? The mac and cheese on the turkey was just over cooked noodles that had no cheese in it, it was literal over cooked, cheese-less-noodles, the jalapeño relish was lost in the cranberries, and there was no bacon that was promised on the burger.
I don't know if I'll return here, I put this on the same list as Waffle Champion - if I do, I do, if...
Read moreLove the vibe in here. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a cool, punk-rock aesthetic that feels both fun and welcoming. It’s the kind of place that’s perfect for grabbing a bite solo, with your partner, or hanging out with friends for a casual but memorable meal. I’ve only ordered to-go so far, but the energy and atmosphere make me want to come back and spend more time dining in. I can already imagine how much fun it would be to sit with friends, enjoy great food, and soak in the music and decor.
We had the cheeseburger egg rolls, and they were incredible. Packed with flavor and cooked perfectly, they set a high bar for the rest of the menu. Burger Punk has quickly become one of our favorite burger joints in Oklahoma City. I highly recommend trying any of their creative burgers—each one sounds better than the last. We’ve got our eyes on the chili cheese dog for our next visit; it looks like a messy, cheesy dream come true.
The staff is fantastic—friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about making sure customers have a great experience. If you’re in OKC and craving burgers with a twist, Burger Punk should be at the top...
