Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

It's safe to say that Chili's has great food, so for that reason I give 2 stars. But wait, why not 5 stars you ask? Well because the bartender that had snarky remarks when I was picking up dinner around 7 pm.

My family and I had some company over and we decided we wanted Chili's for dinner. We place a to go order and head out to pick it up. The time frame was approx. 24 min, and we live about 10 minutes away so we head there knowing that we would get there before the foods ready, no big deal.

I tell the bartender I was picking up and my name. He then proceeds to tell me, well it's not ready and it takes a while to make a $140 order". I'm not quick to get frustrared so I blew it off, however the tone he had said it in was frustrating.

The food was finally ready and told me what was in the bags and made another snarky comment about how it was a lot of food and which point I wasn't having it and told him well it's a lot of people. When I told him I was going to look through the bags to check my meal he then responded with another douchey comment "go head bro" and he walked off.

Chili's you have great food, but your help needed some time off or something to deal with what he had going on.

TL;DR Good food, but to go service/bartender...

Horrible experience tonight. Our server was terrible. They messed up every drink of ours and had to send them back to be fixed. Had to ask for straws after our drinks were delivered. Waited over 20 minutes for our appetizer which was only fried pickles, and it was not even busy so I’m not sure why the wait was so long. Took another 20 minutes for our server to come and take our actual order. The wait for our meal wasn’t as long as the appetizer surprisingly but our meal came without silverware. Was never offered any. Had to call the manager over because once again our server never came back. Also, the server didn’t mention that they were out of the asparagus that I ordered until the food came out without it. I had to wait on another side to be prepared and come out separate. I was still charged for the $1 up charge for asparagus although they were out. Then after the manager brought us our Togo boxes because our food had sat there cold since we didn’t have any silverware to eat it with for so long, our server decides to show her face and say “your food should be out any minute” ?? Waited 30 minutes to be seated in a half empty restaurant...not the issue here though. Upon being seated by an obviously overworked waitress/bartender who in spirit was very pleasant but openly irritated our drink order and appetizer order was taken immediately with our dinner order. Drinks came out rather slow but good nontheless...that's where we get to the food. Our appetizer was fantastic but as our order came out delivered by a manager it was wrong, both of them. I brought it to his attention to be told it was not his concern!!! He walked off taking my food with him leaving there other plate without attempting to correct it. Im assuming he never even told our server because she was shocked when arriving to check on our food. She attempted to talk with the manager where she was told again it was not his concern. I understand being overwhelmed in your role but it was obvious the order was taken correctly and the manager just did not care!!! No wonder they are hurting for staff!!! I wouldn't work for this guy either!! I'll stick to the Yukon Chilis!!....and as I write this im still waiting...
