Chili's is a reliable option for a casual dining experience. It offers a wide menu of American and Tex-Mex favorites in a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere.
Ambiance:
Chili's sports a familiar vibe. Expect booths and tables, plenty of TVs tuned to sports games, and a soundtrack of classic rock and pop hits. It's a good spot for catching a game with friends, a casual lunch with colleagues, or a relaxed dinner with the family.
Food:
The menu at Chili's is all about familiar flavors. Their signature baby back ribs are a popular choice, and they offer a variety of burgers, fajitas, pastas, and salads. The portion sizes are generous, and the food is generally well-prepared, if not particularly exciting. For those seeking lighter options, there are also some lower-calorie choices available.
Highlights:
Bottomless Chips and Salsa: This is a Chili's staple, and a great way to start your meal. The chips are crisp and the salsa has a nice kick.
Burgers: The burgers at Chili's are solid choices. They come in a variety of options, from classic cheeseburgers to more adventurous options with bacon and fried egg.
Lunch Combos: Chili's offers a variety of lunch combos that are a good value. They typically include an entree, side, and drink.
Things to Consider:
Chain Restaurant Fare: The food at Chili's is dependable, but not exactly gourmet. Don't expect innovative dishes or high-quality ingredients.
Noise Level: Chili's can get quite loud, especially during peak hours and when there are sporting events on TV.
Overall:
Chili's is a good option for a casual meal in a familiar setting. The food is reliable, the service is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. It's not a place to go for a special occasion, but it's a perfectly good choice for a weeknight dinner or a weekend lunch with friends.

Read moreIt would not load this survey or review on Facebook . My last encounter with Chilli''s was absolutely horrendous. We promptly ordered drinks when arriving and did not receive those for 10 mins at least. We got attitude for asking for straws because she was "gonna get it with the rest of our stuff" due to my health concerns I have to constantly have fluid intake in my system. It took another 15 mins or so to get straws that I would have happily gotten myself had I known that they were a few feet away. I asked for lemon wedges. I got some old ,dried lemons after the appetizer had came. I later heard her arguing with a coworker about who should cut lemons. We ordered the appitizer sampler and asked for regular ranch and the waitress snapped back "it comes only with regular ranch" . The appetizer comes out and it has the spicy ranch. The main reason why I got the sampler was for the cheddar bites which was cold, hard and tasted old. The tenders were very spicy despite what I was told. I ordered the brisket combo, it was mainly fat with a couple strips of dry meat, the fries were like cold potatoes, the only thing edible was the street corn. I got regular ranch with that though , 1 2 Oz cup. I voiced my concerns with the manager who seemed too busy to care and rushed away. I was going to mention to him the fact that i am part of several secret shopping panels and the possibility of making this experience right. He was just concerned if it was a server or food issue and left. While conversing with the manager the waitress was within a couple feet away conviently eavesdropping. While we finished what we could of our meal the waitress was sweeping next to us. We had dust and whatever else populating the air of someone who is severely inmunocomprimised. This expensive meal was quality less than McDonald's. The quality has drastically gone down hill at this location and it was a waste of...
Read moreI am not one to do bad reviews or go out of my way to complain, but this experience was atrocious. I went here with my mother and little brother for lunch and we were seated very promptly without having to wait and were treated kindly until we met our server. She did not introduce herself by name and seemed very overwhelmed and short, we believe her name is Amanda as that is what the tablet said when we were checking out. She’s a middle aged woman with brown hair. We were very polite and did not ask for anything other than what we ordered. Even that she messed up as we were given some wrong items. (Which we did not correct nor were we upset about. I used to be a waitress myself, it happens.) Overall she responded rudely ro any questions and made it clear we were taking up her time.
About midway through our meal she comes up and asks to refill my water. I let her know I wasn’t the one with the water, instead mine was a sprite. She seemed very put out by it and responded very rudely before leaving.
Payment was me and my mother’s biggest complaint. She did not say anything to us about the tablet apparently freezing after responding to a reciept question after payment, instead taking the tablet from my mothers hands during the review portion when it was not frozen at all and we were in the middle of reviewing our service as below average. She immediately powered it off and got upset with us because now our payment was “stuck for 48 hours”. She then got another tablet to finish the payment herself, took it once again from my moms hands, and then made her choose a tip option while repeatedly looking over at the screen to see what she did.
The food was alright but the service was horrendous. I feel for her, but that is not how you treat people, especially not those who are...
