I went in today for a salad, I wanted to purchase avocado to add to my salad, also wanted ranch and 1000 island. I got my food, went to the car, double checked my order to see if everything was there, I was missing ranch and could not see avocado. I went in and told the girl who originally placed my order and she immediately went to get a side of avocado and ranch. I went home and proceeded to have the best salad I have ever had from ,well, anywhere,,, guess what, it had avocado on it. I just couldn't see it. So I called city bites and spoke to the Manager, I wanted to pay for the avocado and apologize to whoever made my salad . He would not let me pay for the avocado and He thanked me for calling and telling him my story and for my business. I have been to this location on several occasions and have always had a good experience, I actually can't remember having a bad one here, all of the employees have smiles on their face, store is always clean and the food is always excellent I will most definitely be coming...

I only come to Oklahoma City once a week and when I come I'm always very excited to get a sandwich from City bites. Except this location has made it so difficult to enjoy the experience or even desire the sandwich because of how much trouble it is. First because I'm working I tried to call it in to save time and even after the busy lunch hour, they refused answer their phones to take a call in order. I call back every 5 minutes over an hour from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. and still they will hang up on me and ignore their phones. Then when I try to make a substitution for something to take something away or add something they make that difficult and charge me extra instead of substitute. Every little thing has to be a struggle for some reason at this location. Regardless of their categories of substitution or subtraction, they could at least answer their dang phones. They don't act like they care that much about pleasing their...
