Bin 73 — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

This general manager here is very rude and disrespectful. I placed an order for food here threw Postmates . I as the customer was in unaware that the kitchen closed at 10pm. Postmates said it closed at 11:30. I placed my order around 10:45pm . 45 mins later the driver called me and said there kitchen was closed. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager and I was told I was speaking to the general manager I told him the problem he go angry and proceed to talk over me . I asked him was he going to allow me to speak and he got even more upset. Then he told me he doesn’t cate what I have to say he hanging up. I will never order here again because the customer service from the general manager...

The photo on this site is totally misleading. We were told the kitchen closed at 2 pm. Several tables were not clean. We were actually happy the wine we ordered was out of stock. Based upon observations I'd guess the wine bottles had been open for a few days. We met the "chef" who graciously offered to cook for us as we were headed out the door. Great prices and great wine! Most importantly, the wait staff is AMAZING! I went on a very busy Thursday night with a friend who gave me a gift while we were there. Sadly, after my glasses of wine I left my gift in the booth. I was so sad because the gift was so thoughtful. I went back the next day and they had my gift waiting for me behind the counter!
