I've been here a year ago for a massage & steam and definitely enjoyed my experience. However - This past Christmas my husband booked me a facial, steam & massage on various days depending on what was available. First was my facial - The actual service was very nice / As a previous lead esthetician for a four diamond hotel I am extremely picky on my facials and this facial was very well done and definitely didn't stick to the basic facial steps and went outside the box to make it a custom and a high end experience. My complaint comes in to the overall experience here - just because I only had a facial booked I was seated in the outside lobby, had my facial done in the room next to the restrooms, and then back to the lobby. For a high end experience I was very disappointed that I wasn't given the opportunity to change into a robe, decompress in the back lounge area and allowed to relax afterwards and recollect myself. Facials should be treated just as relaxing and rewarding as a massage especially for the price that they ask for the service. Secondly - My massage & steam unfortunately fell on the date which a snow storm came through and they were unable to keep my appointment. No complaints there as obviously they have no control over the weather but this is where my next complaint comes. Due to this being the month of February their schedule was clearly pretty booked up for Valentine's Day and they offered to reschedule my appointment an entire month away from my original service day. A MONTH - OVER A TEXT, and my biggest pet peeve is that they saw nothing wrong with this and didn't bother offering any discount or something to accommodate for the extreme delay in service. When my husband said we would prefer not to take the appointment an entire month late they just simply said "Okay!" and offered no apologies for the inconvenience. I can't say enough good things about this spa! My friend recently beat breast cancer, and she was gifted a complimentary facial here. The experience was beyond incredible. From the moment we walked in, the staff made her feel truly welcomed and cared for. They went above and beyond to create a relaxing and comforting atmosphere, and the kindness they showed meant the world to both of us.

The facial itself was amazing! My friend left feeling completely refreshed and uplifted, which was such a gift after everything she has been through. The generosity and compassion of the team here are truly unmatched.

My experience was amazing from start to finish! Amanda at the front was very friendly and welcoming. My massage with Forrest was 10/10 and gave the perfect pressure and attention to sore areas. I get massages regularly, but Forrest was top tier. I’m glad I booked for 90 minutes because that gave him plenty of time to really be intentional. Chloe was so sweet and personable- she did my facial & eyebrow wax/tint and I loved every minute of it! The sounds, smells, & kind team really made my afternoon so relaxing. I will absolutely be back for more!
