Organic Squeeze — Restaurant in Nichols Hills

The workers there take my orders perfectly and have my smoothies out in a timely manner but the manager Alison took my order yesterday and it was the worst smoothie I have ever had. I specified that I had an allergy to collagen and for her not to put it in my smoothie but I guess that was an invitation for her to put it into my smoothie so I broke out into the worst rash I have ever broken into! I have been a customer there for a little over a year and go daily after my runs or before work and the other workers are great, especially Pearl, Emma and Beth!! They’re amazing ladies and have not once messed up on my order but Alison has messed up on it and has also messed up on my husband’s order. Not only that but it took her 15 minutes to prepare my smoothie and the other workers typically have them out within 5 minutes so I was greatly disappointed and don’t plan on returning to this location unless it is taken care of which is a shame because I loved this place. While I was there the atmosphere was horrible, there was no music for a while and then the radio came on to the most explicit music ever. This place has a great selection of smoothies (unique flavor combinations made without dairy!!) that are tasty and healthy. They also carry a number of prepared juices, a few snack items, and have recently introduced two acai bowls (which I have yet to try). They staff is always very kind and friendly and the place is clean. The only downside is that everything is pretty expensive. That's to be expected with quality products (and the smoothies will fill you up), but because of the price I can't go as often as I'd like. Great spot, nice, and clean. However, I wouldn’t recommend a mobile order and it took over 35 minutes to get my smoothie. They were pretty busy and only two girls were there but I watched about 7 other people get their orders. I realized they either missed mine or had give it away to someone else prior to saying anything. My fault for not checking in first and waiting to say anything but if you want something quick, I wouldn’t recommend based off my experience.
