Saturn Grill — Restaurant in Nichols Hills

Just an FYI.... the menu options in “green” can be made vegan EXCEPT they do not carry vegan cheese. So my wife’s Margherita pizza was pita, tomato, and basil. No cheese, no sauce, literally just crust and tomatoes and basil. HA what a joke. Didn’t get a picture of it. The worker wanted it back too soon :-(

**So they offered to replace my wife’s meal. She got a sandwich and made it vegan. They were super nice and accommodating. When we received the food it had mushrooms on it (she specifically asked for no mushrooms), had a side of egg salad (not vegan and not what she asked for), and chips. The chips were suppose to be vegan as well but had milk in the ingredients. Not everyone prefers vegan, but my wife does. A little attention to detail goes a long ways. Probably won’t buy from here again but that’s okay. Thankfully OKC offers many vegan restaurants that do pay attention and accommodate very nicely with many...

If you’re craving a good, solid sandwich that doesn’t disappoint, then this is the place for you! If a sandwich doesn’t suit your fancy, then you can get pasta, salad, pizza, and many other delicious options. There are items on the menu that are marked where you are able to customize it to your liking, which is great if you’re vegan or vegetarian. I can’t have dairy so Saturn Grill is fuss free for me. My go-to order is the Caribbean jerk chicken with a side of chips, and my husband likes ordering the Saturn’s roasted chicken with a side of fruit. I also like getting the strawberry and spinach salad.

Service is great and it’s one of my favorite restaurants in Nichols Hills. It can get busy around lunch so plan accordingly if you don’t have much time. Overall, it’s a must-try for a decently...

Baybeeee... this Wild Alaskan Salmon from Saturn Grill was a whole tropical situation on a plate! ☀️🍍

First off, the salmon was moist, flaky, and grilled just right — juicy in every bite with that Thai red curry BBQ giving it a flavorful lil’ kick 🥵🔥. The mango-tomato relish? Bright, sweet, and tangy — it brought the whole dish to life like it flew in fresh from an island somewhere 🌴🍅🥭.

But wait — that shiitake jasmine rice?! Whewww… soft, fragrant, and earthy with little savory bites that soaked up all that saucy goodness. It didn’t come to play either 🍚💃🏾.

For $16? It’s giving gourmet on a budget. Light, bold, and perfect for a midday reset or casual flex. Saturn Grill, you got this one right! 👏🏾👏🏾
