This location has the rudest employees. The cashier and I were having a friendly conversation while she took my order, another employee (Branson) asks the cashier what we were talking about, I told her we were having a friendly conversation, Branson then tells me “she wasn’t talking to me with a terrible attitude and it started from there. More words were exchanged and it turned into a screaming match with her making threats. Not one manager stopped her. Absolutely the worst customer service, I feel bad for the cashier that helped me she was so friendly and she appears like she is used to being treated terrible by that team. Branson is a liability to that location and needs to be separated from the company before she ends up in a physical altercation with a customer and DD ends up with a lawsuit. Branson’s behavior along with whatever manager was there was inappropriate. One more threat out of her mouth and I was at the point of calling the police. I’m sure there will be no action taken from this review however I will contacting Corporate Operations and others regarding this incident. It was clear there was something else that triggered Bransons behavior towards me and I believe it was the Pride shirt I was wearing (I support kindness and being a safe mom to my daughter and everyone else) and if this is the case especially based off the comments she was making towards me then she was showing hate which is not what DD stands for. I hope someone reviews the leadership team here and takes action on the terrible unprofessional employees who are not representing the DD Brand...

Giving 5 stars for the service! I feel like there's always a hit and miss. I love dunkin. They do me wrong more times than others. If I order on the app- it's not made right. Drive thru is most convenient and sometimes I have to ask if my shots have been added and after being assured I drive away only to taste the bitter coffee of only what I can assume feels like a person who goes home alone every night sulking on a deep depression because life ain't hitting right. I DO give recognition to the service. Even though the girls seem stressed out and overworked- I have seen a few smiles and thank yous. There is a guy who worked in the afternoon who made my large iced signature peppermint mocha with all my extras and I caught a glimpse of him ACTUALLY stirring it and I nearly lost my s%$*. Thank you sir because that went a long way for me and I did tip for that! Photo is exhibit A. Ordered through the app only to find my drink was missing the liquid cane sugar and the whipped cream. It easy to ask why I didn't go back or have them fix it. Answer being I have a 30 minute commute. I make myself late to work to get my fix. I don't mind it. My employer does but I am the example of poor time management of a mom of 3 kids. We don't have time...

Every cup of my car is Dunkin.🥰 My New Obsession Is The ButterPecan Donut 😩🫠 I Mean Literally It Can Marry Me ! Got My Classic New York Sausage Egg & Cheese On a Everything 1000/10 recommend. I’ve NEVER seen a group of Employees Work so Hard to Grow , Learn & Develop & truly hone in on their customer service skills! From the Manager who’s by far THE Best Manager of a Dunkin I’ve ever seen even back home on the east coast. The Crew even remembered How I Like to Make My Frozen Drink Affogato ( Espresso Poured On too at End) _ It’s not their job to do it so I do it however they did remember that . yea haha When I Say They Saved me From Dying At Starbucks I Mean It! Definitely stop In Early to catch those donuts before they go. If You Wanna Eat Somewhere With Accurate , Fast & Reliable service here’s the place ! I’m so Glad I Kept coming . I’m honestly So Astounded By This Crew Alone ( But the Foods a Plus 😜) & Will Now be a Regular!
