I came to this location for versatility of stores to visit, I just personally sometimes like not seeing the same staff every time I visit any business if at all possible, so I searched Dunkin stores and found this one. Well, I was seeking their second to none cream donuts which by the way has an awesome heart shaped for Valentine's season. Was suuuuper excited to treat myself to two creams for the holiday. Well, I give 3 stars instead of 2 for the creams disappointing bc I'm so grateful these fun and delicious donuts exist, when I allow myself only one I wish I could have two and it's sometimes hard to pick between chocolate or vanilla.
So, the cream has always DD signature stopped outside of the donut, well not this evening!! A staff took it upon themselves to stop the cream inside the donut, wasn't outside at all, I was really sad. Also the cream is typically placed in the center of their heart donuts but the person who fixed them started the cream on one of the sides which I wouldn't have much minded had it been DD signature stopped...
Read moreWorse customer service. I walked in and stood there for about 5 minutes. There were no other customers there. Was not greeted. The 3 employees that was standing at the front counter looked atee and walked away. The EACH slowly started to something else. One young man walked up to the counter and I thought he was going to help I said "HI can I" Before I said anything else he said hatefully "just a moment" and continues on his headset. I apologized and continued to stand there while still the other 3 employees are walking around. One at the register, one pretending to clean the drink machine, and the other one talking to her. I'm still not being acknowledged at this point. The two girls finally turn around and look at me and then look at each and continue to talk....
Read moreMy experience did not start out good. I was very displeased with my order. The reason I gave this DD 5 stars is due to the effort they put forth to make it right. Sasha did an amazing job showing me that she cared and even offered to personally make sure that my order was corrected the next time I came in. I see that there are some negative comments about this specific site, but if you just blast them on Facebook or on a Google review and don’t contact them, how will they know what happened so they can get better? This is a new facility so please show them some grace and if you are dissatisfied, call them and let them know what your problem is. That is how they will get better...
