Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

This is first time I visited to Freddy’s OKC Airport ( there are no more options so if you hungry you have to select it) and I was checking their display Menu behind order counter and I selected “ Chicken spicy sendwitch” which was listed with price $8.31 and when the person post my order I show charge was around $10.50 or some what close. I asked your display charge are loweee whys that, He said rudely I don’t have control on it. I am shocked and surprised How they looting people at airport when they don’t have more choice. They knew this also. My question to Airport authority will this is acceptable ? They have Manager and many people working if they changed the price please change at display so ppl aware with mind. Not every one in position they can pay $3 more. I will never go this place again which doesn’t have commitment to customer. You can’t take benefit with mind where all will go there are not more choices. I can give ZERO scale for customer communication, service and HONESTY. Definitely one of my favorite fast foods, unfortunately the service here is quite lacking though. The first time I ate here while flying out of OKC they arbitrarily closed mid shift for an unspecified amount of time due to the kitchen staff leaving and just started randomly turning people away.

This time I arrived at 9:55 with a single person in front of me in line. All of the menus were still showing breakfast and I was excited to get a breakfast steak burger. By the time they got to me, and in between the cashier handing the customer in front of me her receipt and asking me what I wanted to order it became 10:00 and they refused to sell me anything off the breakfast menu.

I love Freddy’s food but just save yourself the disappointment and go to full blown location rather than bother with them here at the airport. It’s directly across from Hatch who will actually serve you food when...

I understand they are geared to get people in and out efficiently. They have great swells in customer numbers depending on plane arrivals. Some customers really need to grab quick food and catch the next plane. I understand that. But ... It was a rather cold experience eating at Freddy's. The tellers seemed impatient to discuss specifics about the menu choices. They don't take cash. In my case the teller was processing the next order as my credit card was still getting approved. $14 for a fish sandwich and water. The sandwich was flavorless with Costco level tartar sauce. The fries were short little things that reminded me of potato sticks more than French fries. Forget about asking for more ketchup or other condiments. The table I choose wasn't washed down but I found a table cloth and cleaned it myself. I didn't like eating in airports and this Freddy's...
