So why I gave Jersey Mike's a three-star rating instead of a five-star which I normally give is because today on September 23rd I went to Jersey Mike's but beforehand I placed an online order for two sandwiches one on wheat one on Parmesan Rosemary one with the parmesan was just supposed to have mayo and the wheat was supposed to have everything on it when I opened up the sandwiches the sandwiches were completely turned around the wheat bread had my meat which was extra meat and it was an Italian super and the other sub was a turkey with extra cheese we never got the extra cheese but we did get extra turkey but it wasn't supposed to be turkey it was supposed to be the other meat I was very disappointed in this trip only because the entire trip cost me $30 for two sandwiches and two beverages I feel as though be a fast food or full-time service in a restaurant The Art of food service and the ability to acquire that above and beyond guest satisfaction is a lost art and take it from somebody who's been in the restaurant business for 30 plus years of their life better luck next time Jersey Mike's this time you're...
Read moreWhile walking into the store at least two employees were openly coughing which I understand sometimes you can't help in which you should wear a mask. Throughout the 15ish minutes spent in store all 4 of the employees had a cough and didn't seem to care were it landed. I wanted to ask about the none dairy bread option which I saw online and wanted to make sure that they had it which was wheat. (My BF is allergic to dairy and the only reason we came was due to getting a gift card so we thought we'd give it a try.) The guy stared at me like I was speaking a foreign language and then started telling me things I already knew. Like just don't put chz etc on the sandwich. Read moreOut of the 12 or so tables they had, only 3 were clean. The guy taking the orders seemed to be completely lost. The guy on the grill was trying to keep things going but noticing he was getting behind. I ordered a reg cheesesteak, plain and a #2 Mike's way with NO ONIONS and mayo. It was delicious. However, I got my cheesesteak bu no sub. The guy on the grill told me I had to get it from the other guy. He forgot to make it. The girl dressing the sub was too busy listening to another customers complaint that she had to ask me 3 times what I wanted on my sub. #2 Mikes Way, no onions add mayo...not that hard. As a long time Pt Pleasant, NJ resident, I grew up on these great subs, coast to coast, but I will sure do my best to NOT visit a this location next time...they need better management...
