Recently had the pleasure of working with Tropical Smoothie Cafe for a studio event, and we can’t say enough good things about their catering service! From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations.

My Husband and I eat here all the time but today was the worst! First, we always go to the one in Edmond . Last week their smoothies we ordered they had to be remade because they tasted horrible. Then, we go to the one on memorial the wraps were poorly made. Lastly, we came to our favorite one and instead of saying they are out of plant-based meat , they put chicken on our Caribbean jerk wrap which barely had any sauce on it. My husband and I are vegetarian. If we eat meat we will get really sick. Plus the girl in the front with the head phones tried to tell my husband she didn’t put chicken on it! He showed her! Then, when he asked for a refund she said to come back in the morning! Just for us to get the hummus wrap and I found a hair in my food ! I’m done with tropical smoothie. We went to three locations and had a horrible experience! It use to be our go to spot but since they keep hiring all these young kids , it has been a horrible experience! I’m a longtime customer of Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and I will continue to be. It’s hard to find healthy and fast options around midtown, and generally, Tropical is pretty great!

However. I have a couple significant food sensitivities and one AWFUL food allergy. The last several times I have ordered from this particular store (23rd Street), they have completely ignored my request to take the items I’m sensitive to off of my order. In the drive through, in person, or via delivery services. It’s now become a matter of safety. I tell them “no onions, I am severely allergic.” and “No protein on my breakfast wrap.
