I used to think this was a coincidence but it’s happened every single time I’ve come to you restaurant. And this is truly unacceptable. I’m offended and just confused why this is allowed.

Every time I have come into pollo The food is decent but the customer service is absolutely non existent, truly more rude than anything.

The mananger herself/himself is the worst of them all. Never wants to look me in the eye. When I come through the drive through doesn’t say a word to me.

I don’t know if it’s because I don’t know Spanish but the level of disrespect is there and it’s heartbreaking. Never did I think it would’ve happened here but it’s so bad.

I really love chicken and I live down the street, but due to how your employees conduct themselves I REFUSE to come back. I’ve reached out to the managers yet it only gets worse and I feel it is because I’m not Hispanic which is so heartbreaking. I don’t feel comfortable stepping through your doors anymore!!!!!

Every time I come in there I am polite I get ignored. My food is ready and I have to sit there and look at it because they don’t want to give it to me.

This is unacceptable and it has happened every single time I come in there and I come in there probably 2 to 3 times a week, so I hope you guys truly take this and change because no human being should feel this way for getting damn lunch.

Youll start losing business because your employees treat your customers that don’t speak Spanish like they’re scum on the bottom of your shoes for what?? Not being Hispanic isn’t a good enough reason to treat people like they don’t exist.

so dissatisfied and disappointed I want a refund

I want the number to whoever owns this establishment. Horrible horrible horrible not worth being...

Only give you what you pay for when you are Mexican, if you are black, white, or any other kind of brown they will just give any which food at you without a care. Always make the mistake to try this place and never fail to be snubbed as soon as they prepare my order.

Witnessed a Black lady customer in front of me… they forgot her drinks, napkins, and sauces, basically everything but chicken. Completely careless. She had to kind of get mean just to get her items they missed because the entire team was just very uncaring and didn’t seem to even know what was missing,

Anytime you come in, they will automatically only half fill your sides if you aren’t Mexican… at least that’s what they have shown me. All while at the end of the night they are taking care of themselves, and packing up the good stuff to take home.

I asked for any kind of hot sauce, or salsa for the chicken. They played stupid and acted like there was no hot sauce… now looking online there was. They just didn’t want to inconvenience themselves and thought because I wasn’t Hispanic, I don’t need sauce or salsa.

Just selfish people running this restaurant. Cutting corners on every meal so they can take your food home and eat what YOU paid for. Basically Don’t eat here if you aren’t Hispanic, they won’t take care of you the same way they do themselves.

If you are Hispanic and want to go out of your way to eat here for the way they will uplift you above anyone else, by my guest. But you are supporting their ill-treatment of...

It was alright. I’m being generous on the stars cuz the service wasn’t bad and you can’t get drive thru plantains anywhere else but, the food wasn’t amazing. For my tastes anyway.

That’s all. It was cool. But not bad. But not amazing. I’ve tried quite a few things. I had nuggets and they were not hot and they didn’t seem the freshest. I had empanadas and they weren’t hot either, didn’t really taste good, and didn’t have much filling. The rolls aren’t hot either and they’re nothing too special.

I also had their fried chicken which was good consistency and hot. Wasn’t amazing though. Then I had their fried chicken sandwich. It’s kind of like what you’d get from Chick-Fil-A. The pickles had more of a cucumber taste which was kinda cool. The sandwich was good and probably my favorite. The buns though were slightly soggy. Only slightly. Kinda what happens when a sandwich is in a foil pouch kind of thing.

The sides were good. The beans were good I really liked em, although there were barely any in there. The plantains were nothing like the picture. More like some grilled baked apples kind of vibe in a cup. Moist and something you eat with a spoon. They looked like dry finger foods on the menu. It was tasty!!! Mashed potatoes were, okay. Portions on those sides were good.

The workers were friendly so that’s...

A long awaited Guatamalan fast food known for her citrus-infused grilled chicken and well-loved South American staples like sweet plantains and horchata. The food is served at your table without much wait (and at the right temp) and presented on colorful plastic plate. Silverware is available at the service station if needed. I got a 2-piece meal and was able to include a piece of grilled and fried chicken. While the thigh and drumstick are fairly small, the flavor (especially the grilled one) is mouth-watering good. And both pieces are moist and seasoned well. I was most impressed with the sweet plantains, which is delicious and reminds me of fried bananas in Asia less the crunchy batter. Thumbs up with that side, which I will order a family serving side without a doubt. The staff are very friendly and ready to explain the meal options. Judging from the patrons, this place appears to be popular with the city's Hispanic population. While my Spanish is very limited, I love hearing some familiar phrases between customers and staff. The restaurant also provides free WiFi with power outlets at almost every table against the wall. Sip on their thirst-quenching mango horchata while you get your social media game on!
