Jimmy's Egg — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I’ve got something as simple as avocado toast I get home. It’s a slice of bread with eggs on it and four pieces of sliced avocado nothing like the picture . I called them and in the background, you can hear the manager being rude. I told the server (she was sweet as can be nothing on her at all judging doing her best job!) you don’t even have to replace the side just the toast please because I’m not gonna eat it she said OK. i come in The manager a younger man is speaking loudly on the phone I’m guessing his family because he was talking and baby voices did not great me at all lowkey just stared at me I HAD TO SPEAK TO THEM 🤣 My server is trying her hardest to get my order correct out loud 2 feet away from me being extremely rude saying so what avocado just wasn’t smashed so then I said there’s no everything on it that was supposed to be on the toast and lemon wedge and for 14$ toast it’s small thing that should not even be discussed just handed to the customer. jimmy’s Egg offers consistency. The food is always fresh. The staff for the most part provide excellent service and you can expect management to come around to your table at least once to perform a satisfaction check. You should never wait more than 5 minutes to be seated but it’s usually always quicker and more times than it it’s immediate seating. Horrible one. Been there 3 times and all 3 times they were short staffed. Tried it again by ordering over the phone had to call 7 times in a spand of 20mins finally somebody answered and took my order. They told me 10mins. I arrived in 15mins turns out they forgot to make it so I had to sit and wait for them to make it. I recently gave it another try on the phone. Called 4 times till they answered and was put on hold for 13mins while I can here ppl gossiping in the background and I finally hanged up. Save your time this location is no good.
