For starters, my experience at this establishment was pleasant. It was after, that I had an encounter with a very rude, unprofessional employee. I called to remind them that I was missing bacon on the 12inch sandwich. TIKA answered. I explained the missing item, she responded that I could come back up for a side of bacon. I told her that I just got home, and that I won't come back for just a side of bacon, just trying to make them aware that I paid for it and it was missing, no biggie. Long story short, she caught an attitude and told someone to come get the phone from her before she does something! Smh so unprofessional! I mean the employees were very nice and the sandwiches fine, I was just was confused by how they were acting not so professional chatting on the FaceTime right at the sandwiches station simultaneously helping a customer/making sandwiches. Felt the environment was a bit weird. Understandably they may be worried about workplace drama, if so then could be a weird situation going on there. Read moreI work in food service so my feedback comes from a place of experience. The wait time for a single sandwich for an order that was placed at 2:11 was 30 minutes. The store was not busy and there were no other pick up orders on the pick up shelf. 4 staff members and only 1 person in the lobby. It just doesn’t make any sense? This is supposed to be quick and convenient, especially if I order online ahead of time. I do understand being slammed that causing a longer than expected wait, but that did not appear to be the case. My assumption is the utter lack of urgency for online orders and that’s honestly so frustrating.
