Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I am absolutely disgusted by my experience at Jimmy John's. Not only did they get my daughter's order wrong by giving us a turkey and cheese sandwich instead of a BLT, but they also forgot my other daughter's sandwich entirely. When I called to report the mistake, they had the audacity to ask me to come back to the restaurant to swap the sandwich. When I asked them to deliver it instead, they demanded a $4 fee.

To add insult to injury, they refused to offer me a refund for their mistake, only a credit for my next visit. This is completely unacceptable, and it is clear that Jimmy John's has no respect for their customers or their hard-earned money.

This is not the first time that Jimmy John's has made mistakes with my order. In my previous experience, they forgot to include the chips in my order and I had to make an extra trip to the restaurant to retrieve them. It seems like every time I order from Jimmy John's, something goes wrong.

Now, I have two crying children and no proper meal for them. This kind of behavior from a restaurant is simply unacceptable and is a clear indication that they do not value their customers or their satisfaction.

Horrible customer service. Unacceptable. Employees AND manager were disrespectful to me. Manager allowed employees to talk rudely to me. I will never go back to this location. They clearly do not care about customers. I was the only car in drive through. 2 employees & a manager inside & after 8 minutes with nobody acknowledging me waiting @ drive thru window, I went inside. Manager's passive aggressive comment to me was - "only 8 minutes? Oh wow I thought it was 15 or 20 minutes". I would be fired from my job if I treated customers like this. Furthermore, the Manager did not stop his employee from continuing to talk to me to my back after I paid & was making my drink. The sandwiches always taste great! The people that work at both of the locations I go to are kind. The only thing that bothers me is, although, the employees wear gloves they are touching everything with them on then they touch your food. One time someone was looking at their phone then put it back in their pocket then handled food, they did not change gloves, then someone has opened the window & took my payment with gloves on then touched food with same gloves. The point of wearing gloves while preparing food is to be sanitary. Oh, and the pesto pasta salad is weird. I took two bites and dumped it. I love pesto but that pasta salad just isn’t good.
