HORRIBLE! I ordered a plate, asked for 2 entrees of Honey Walnut Chicken and was told I'd be up-charged 1.25 which I said okay. Receipt said 2.50, 2X’s than what I agreed. I kept telling mgr that I was told my order would be upped 1.25 not 2.50 and refused to listen to the fact that I was misled. Since it was an honest mistake by their employee it really wasn't that big of a deal until mgr kept on arguing and even had the nerve to say, "can you f'n read?”. I can read just fine thank you very much. The issue this whole time was an employee told me wrong info and mgr refused to make it right. Instead choosing to argue and insult me. What could have been easily rectified was provoked into a very hostile exchange by their evening manager. Read moreI had a pretty horrible experience at this location I seen a worker put a plate to the side as she stated they can have this skimpy order because it's for Uber eat. As business started to pick up that order of super green set there by itself then the Uber driver came and the order was not ready and so he walked out. That same cashier continued to talk to the customer she was waiting on about the Uber driver stating " I don't understand why he's mad he didn't even buy the food" well as somebody who's worked in customer service for a long time I completely understood why he was mad it was supposed to have been ready before my order was taken. I heard them tell a customer to be a 20-minute wait on rice and I myself waited 20 minutes for only 3 meals. Read moreFood is actually decent for a fast food chinese place. The reason I gave it one star is the customer service (or lack thereof). Today, Cotheia was working the drive through. She didn't put in my order correctly and then had me repeat my entire order - this didn't bother me really because it happens sometimes and is easily overlooked. Then she got one of my items wrong and when I asked for mustard and soy sauce, I was only given soy sauce. Everything was eventually corrected. Through the entire experience, I was never greeted with any look other than one of contempt. I was given attitude and not once did she apologize.
