Louie's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Door dasher here.. was there waiting to pick up an order that mind you had already been paid for only to get pushed to the wayside due to the fact that only the customers that are there watching the game matter. They are top priority. Now I didn't hear the main guy in the kitchen say that word for word but yea, that's what was being told to the waitress asking if my order was ready for me to pick up after being there for 15 min.

Look I get it, but I don't think who ever was making the calls processes the bigger picture so allow me to try to explain it as humbly as I can. That business is there to make money, customers in the restaurant bring in money yes but nothing about that is going to change. Now, door dash comes in, brings your business even more money, the dashers that are the reason that your company is making more money that it would gets paid per dash. You make them wait forever, yea you still get your money but your costing the ones making you that money to loose money out of their pocket. You see what I'm saying? The customers inside will wait till their food is ready but you keep on acting like the the doordashers arnt important and make them wait then guess what, all that extra money that is brought in from doordash will disappear, I already started denying the orders I get from door dash for this establishment, waist of my time and cost me to money. It won't be long till more and more people decide to do the same thing and then you got no one to deliver doordash orders and end up loosing that source of income. Just saying. Dashers take care of you, make sure you don't take them for granted and take care of...

We've visited three Sundays in a row! The food is wonderful, and the service is great! Food always comes out pretty fast, and it's always looking good! The clubs are well stacked with all the goodies that I love; the burgers are huge, flavorful, and juicy - what more can you ask for?

One of the reasons we have been going back is that Courtney recreated a drink for me - and it was simply amazing! She listens carefully, and she nails it at the bar! (Michelle is also a good bar tender and can recreate your drink.) Courtney is a bundle of energy and personality - and her memory is great at remembering what you like! She is professional yet very warm and friendly - we love her! We go for the food, but we return because of the people! Thank you, Courtney!

This particular Louie's has more warmth and character to where you feel welcome to enjoy your meal. The atmosphere is great to relax after work - it's not loud - so it's easy to enjoy conversation.

The waitress that I worked with was very good AM BAR 1. I ordered a burger with fries. The fries came out and they were not even warm. I noticed that the manager was too busy apparently trying to flirt with a waitress, and my hamburger sat in the window for too long. Somebody needs to tell him to leave the waitresses alone and let them do their job and take care of customers. My ticket number was 573543. I came back thinking about giving another chance. Mistake, I sat in the bar area where I ordered my lunch. Had to move because the bartender apparently was hot so turned on the AC so I moved to a different table. I had to put my coat back on, She said she would turn it back up. I finally just ate my burger but not the fries because they were not even warm. I don't understand this atmosphere to where they do not have control on the employee's. I'm done with this place every time it is something. I was there...
