My wife and I were just married. After a great day with family and friends, we realized she hadn't eaten all day and decided to get a bite before heading home late night. We arrived at the McDonalds close to Classen on N.W. Expressway around 10 to 10:30 p.m. The line in front of us had moved on in the drive thru while we waited to place our order. Maybe a minute goes by, we are the ONLY vehicle at the menu board with no one behind us, and I say hello to make sure the vehicle registered on the pressure plate. So I back up and reposition closer and wait another half minute before saying hello. At this point, I'm convinced their headsets has died and no one is the wiser. Wait another 30 to 45 seconds before saying hello again. After about a 2 minute wait at the menu board with silence we pull forward. The very nice young lady at the window asks what was our order, I say that we just wanted a cheese burger and fries for my wife, and mentioned that I had tried to order but I think the speaker isn't working. She turns to someone out of view, says something and this is when my experience turned sour. A man came to the window, shaking and bearing teeth, yanked the window open and said LOUDLY..WE DON'T TAKE ORDERS AT THE WINDOW, GET OUT OF MY DRIVE THRU LINE!. Immediately shocked and getting my anger rise, I answer back. I tried to order and no one said anything over the speaker. He then yell, visibly shaking, I told you to get out of my line.. don't you know there are only two of us here?!?!. At this point, I'm matching his energy. I told him I do not know anything because he said nothing, if you had just acknowledged that you knew we were there, we would have been happy to wait. He reaches his arm out of the window and yells...GO NOW!! .....from that point had lost all gentlemanly charm and was matching him energy for energy. Finally drove off and he yelled back at out tough I am driving off.
I drove off because I wanted to smash his face in over a burger, I was not getting my food, and wouldn't truth that Ahole to make something worth eating if I had. Worst service ever, would never recommend. And this coming from someone who always tried to find the positive in...

Read moreI went late at night (10:40pm) after my husband got home from work. The golden arch was not turned on, I first asked if the were open and he said yes that they close at midnight, noticed they were redoing the parking lot. Ordered 2 number 2's one without cheese. Young man took my money, run to other window and gave me the drinks and in a 1 minute handed a bag of food, I said that's everything , he said yes. My BIG MISTAKE for not checking the bag. Got home and only one burger. Went back and same young man said I forgot the other burger. I said I want another order of fries because I want hot fries with my hot burger. He made huffing noise because he was upset that I asked for a fresh burger and fries.. So he said to pull to the front of the store and he will bring my order out in a few minutes. WELL, let me tell you , it took 3 minutes , that burger was cold and nasty and the fries tasted like they were left over from the day before... After eating half of such nasty food it did not sit well on my stomach and I had to hit the bathroom 3- 4 times. I truly believe he did something to my food to make me sick because I came back to get something I already paid for.. Would not eat there late again. NEVER eat there again late at night..I did make a phone call this morning, spoke with store Manager Sandy, she was very nice and understanding, she offered for me to come today and she would replace my food, but I just can't come for awhile, that nasty taste and bathroom issues. So she put my name on a list for a later visit free on her. Young man needs more training on...
