I went to McDonald's today with my girl, and when I was ordering my food through the drive through, the cashier kept messing up my code on the McDonald's drive through so I decided to go inside because I didn't want to back up the line, because my app wasn't working all of a sudden. So i Uninstalled the mcds app and re installed it again and that took up about 30 minutes of my time to download it again. I then go order my food hoping my rewards code would work again.... So at this point its messing up , so then im explain to the people at the front counter wht happend and then some lady named Joyce, ( I believe she was manager) was the lady at the drive through window and I told her that I was outside in my car sweating really had been there for about been waiting about 45 minutes waiting to order for me and girlfriend becusse she was hungry and didnt feel good. So Joyce started getting upset and was being very unprofessional towards me becuase of my order. So I told her that I was hoping they could hook me up with a apple pie or fries or something for the wait so that me and my girlfriend could eat , so im showing them that my app isnt working and the person behind me in line is also saying that her app wasnt working right either and that she was trying to use her rewards to also get something. So at this point joice started kinda yelling at me and tells the lady behind me that she would pay for her meal and then she tells me that she cant do anything to help me and just turned around and started doing something else and i think she helped the african lady that was behind me becuase she was the same colored skin as her.... I never had a problem at that mcds , I grew up going there and i also take my babies often.... I never really had a bad experience like today I really felt unwelcomed and just ended up buying my food when i needed that money for gas ... I just know I felt racially profiled & disrespected in an environment that I'm comfortable at & bring my 2 daughters regularly. I do appreciate all the coworkers at McDonald's that do everything they can to keep their customers happy and not be rude about any questions or pick favorites becuase everyone has feeling and no one should be treated less than the next person because of the color of their skin oe whatever reason ! Read moreCame through yesterday at 4:50 they told me I needed to cancel the order. I ordered on the app and they had started prepping the order so I could not cancel the order. I spoke with Joyce (apparently the director) she said that they would leave the order on the screen and it would automatically refund the next day. The order was then completed but I never got the food or money. I called this morning asked to speak with a manager they lady that answered didn't speak English so she hung up on me. I called again and was handed off to a man who wasn't a manager who told me to call later. Currently waiting for a call back now from Joyce or someone who can speak English. It's ridiculous that it takes multiple phone calls and a call to corporate to even get to this point and still nothing has been resolved. Would not recommend using your app at this store they done speak embossing and will hang up on you or just tell you to call later. I have a busy day so I call when I am available. This is their mistake they should be willing to fix it when I bring it up but apparently not.

Read moreOrdered 2 B,E,C biscuits and a Coke. Got to the 2nd window and was told the store is out of coke what other drink do I want. I asked if it was out of syrup and if so I would wait a few minutes. The girl in window spoke to her manager. I was then told to pull to reserve 1 and they will bring the drink out. After 15minutes and nobody in line. I went into store, the manager(maria) was first point of contact. I asked "do you need help changing the syrup, I have been waiting 15 minutes for a coke". Maria said "No coke, see"(pressing on fountain button, indicating the soda was out of syrup). I asked are you out of syrup to replace? Maria replied "take too long, no coke". I said I would like a refund then. I hand her the receipt. Maria said"where is food"? I said "I do not want to return the food". Maria: " no refund then". Me: "I will file a complaint then". Maria: "go ahead" The manager maria then walked off. Toward the back. I left the store went out to my car and got the food and came back and asked for my money back.
