After enjoying the Okie Pokie side for months, I finally tried Noodee, and feel I can give a full review.

Let me begin by saying that noodles - and particularly Asian noodles of any kind - are my favorite food ever. The fact that I had poke bowls for months before trying the noodles speaks to how high quality the poke is. The fish is incredibly fresh and always cut properly, the sauces are amazing, and the sheer volume of available toppings allows for great combinations. I don't understand how anyone thinks that $10/bowl is too high, especially when the amount of fish received is equivalent to 3 orders of sashimi elsewhere AND you get unlimited toppings. I'll join in the chorus of people hoping for sushi rice someday, but the bowls are still delicious without, so if it never happens I won't be mad.

After trying the noodles a couple of weeks ago, I've been back 3 times to have them. I always get the egg noodles (which are my favorite noodle in the world), and I tend to put most of the available toppings on as well. I've had both the steak & shrimp protein options and both are well seasoned & cooked nicely (I was afraid that either might come out overdone, as I've experienced with quick service places like this before. Thankfully, this was not the case.). If you opt for the egg, it's done in the traditional Japanese style for ramen which is A+. I would like them to update the menu online because some of the sauce/ protein options I've wanted to try are no longer available.

Though I've only ever ordered at the counter downstairs in Okie Pokie or called in an order to go, the service has always been lovely. I need to come in one evening & sit upstairs in Noodee (and give their apps a whirl). The staff is always helpful & efficient, and my orders are well made. They also have a rewards program which is excellent; yesterday I enjoyed my first free bowl :)

I encourage everyone to support this local business. I was super bummed when Guernsey Park closed, but I'm delighted that its replacement is...

I've been coming here for months. The food is great, but even though online it says 11$ for a build your own unlimited topping bowl they will charge you for some toppings and there is no list to tell you which ones cost more, I usually end up paying $13 to $14. To remedy this situation I started getting a bowl closest to the one I like and adjusting a couple ingredients (I am also gluten intolerant and can't eat any bowl they make without adjustments). The employees have made comments to me on 3 separate occasions, they act disgruntled but won't outright tell me they need to ring it up as a build your own bowl, instead they make irritable comments as I'm checking out. It's a really unpleasant experience. It should not be more expensive when stated otherwise.

The service is a mixed experience, most of the emplyees are very pleasant and helpful but one woman acts like I've inconvenienced her by walking in. Apparently they have a points program, I've been coming once a week for months and no one has mentioned it me. I'm really disappointed as I've enjoyed this place and it's a great location for me but just...

The food here is delicious and amazing. I wanted the management here to understand that The Collective is driving away their customers. The girl at the front sent a busboy chasing after me for not wearing a mask. We all know that if im holding a water that the staff cant say a thing, but without the water in hand they insisted on kicking me out. I even asked for a water and they insisted on me leaving. Funny story, nobody seems to be around when you need wait staff to replenish your drink or order another one, but they sure did a great job running me off. The girl at the front even started laughing as I walked out. I suppose she enjoys running off paying customers when restaurants need customers the most to survive.

I was on my way to spend my money at Okie Pokie for a great lunch and leave a fat 25% tip. I took my money and my tip money over to Garage Burger where they happily handed me a free water and took my order with a smile. Please understand that I LOVE THE FOOD at Okie Pokie, but with the way the Collective staff treats customers, I cant justify...

Tucked behind Guernsey Park is this Poke (pronounced as po-kay) & noodle restaurant/bar that exudes modern chic. You enter the restaurant from NW 23rd Street (behind Cuppies and Joe), which is the second floor and bar area of this spacious establishment. The poke bar is a level down in a cozier seating area, which also lead to a lush outdoor space. The menu behind the counter clearly displays the steps to order a personalized bowl; from choosing your noodles, sauce, protein, to multiple toppings. Customers can also pick from a list of six customed bowls with fun names like "Keep Calm & Curry On". The menu is priced very reasonably ($10 before tax) and each serving promises a satisfying meal, especially if you enjoy seafood and noodles. I did not eat here on this visit but will very soon to update this review.

I really wanted to like this and it was so close but honestly there are much better places in the collective to choose from. The menu does not specify how the small bowl works so you get charged extra if you build it the way the menu tells you to. The menu says unlimited toppings but I got charged a double toppings fee for getting too many. I asked specifically if the sauce I asked for was spicy because when she pulled it out it looked like it had a reddish color and she said it wasn’t. I was unable to finish my bowl because it was so spicy that I was miserable and no amount of water made it tolerable.

I cannot believe how excited I am to share this review. Everyone's meal was amazing. The rice had amazing traditional flavor (rice vinegar, light salt), dry and sticky, and held its shape through the dousing of sauces. The fish was fresh, EXTREMELY fresh. The cuts were good, not too fatty, or tough. The workers knew their products and also were eager to confirm by asking questions when needed. I dont often find -good- poke, but this place is the tops. Eat here, dont go complex onto he first try, enjoy! P.s. they've got gluten free options and they're obviously noted as well.
