I don't normally write bad reviews, This is probably the first one I've ever done. My husband and I have ordered breakfast and lunch from this location for almost 2 years now. I'm not sure what has changed. I'm not sure if they changed the manager or not, but the past few months we have received awful orders from this location. There was always something missing in the order from big to small. We ordered 2 sandwiches and a full bag of bagels 2 weeks ago and only received the bag of bagels at the pickup point - missing our 2 sandwiches. Thought it was our fault for not checking when we picked up the order, we moved on. But this continued to happen many times. Today we picked up our lunch from this location again and checked the number of items in the bag many times. Everything looked right we drove off and then realized they forgot to put eggs in my lentil quinoa bowl - the bowl cost $.9.59. Like seriously do I really have to open each of the item I buy to check if there's everything in there? What could be possibly next? To be honest the food is great, but I can't just pay for an quite expensive meal and receive less than what it should have been. They need to change the manager here. We stood there waiting for our food for almost an hour in the morning to pickup an online order we made 15 minutes before. All we saw was one single Mexican lady who was also the only cook running back and forth with like 20 orders at the same time, and the manager was just chilling there sometimes went to the back kitchen to check something then come back and pickup the food and deliver to the tables in the slowest way she could do. Read moreDont go here. I went to this Panera waited in line to get to the drive thru to get my mom macaroni and cheese who is critically sick in the hospital across the street. She tells me its a 10 minute wait. I said OK i don't mind any wait. She then makes this loud annoyed breath like my order was bothering her. I tried to take a beat and then I said never mind. I dont want anything. My mom could be dying at the hospital across the street and you have a attitude about me ordering mac and cheese a hour before you close. Her response was "ya sure, your going to be stuck in this line anyway" i just said yes im sure. I got to the window and all I wanted to say was I know jobs can be hard but you never know who is on the other side of your speaker so maybe just be kind but she wouldn't come to the window which taking a beat for myself, as ugly as she was, I understand. Some people may have been trying to be weird or even violent. I would STRONGLY suggest her finding a different position that isnt customer facing. When I got to the drive through to pick it up, they told me they were out of the everything bagels, but that they could make more, but it would take about 7 minutes. I said that I’d placed my order 20 minutes ago, so why didn’t they make the bagels at that time. The guy said they thought they had 6 everything bagels at that time. There were other things that were unavailable, although the app let me pay for the entire order, and didn’t indicate that they were out of anything. One of the salads I got was made with huge, dense chunks of the yellow core of a lettuce head, and they were brown and slimy - obviously very old. I asked for a receipt for the refund of the items that they were out of. The guy said he couldn’t give me that. He asked if I’d ordered it through my account. I said yes.
