Was craving a veggie pizza from here. After driving back to work I opened the box and noticed the pizza looked like all red sauce with raw veggies with a couple drops of cheese. I drove back up there and showed them. They said thatâs how much cheese they normally do. I used to get this pizza once or twice a week. Was one of the best veggie pizzas around. Anyway, they âfixedâ it. Added a bit more cheese, the veggies looked a little better. The pizza was so doughy. The crust is definitely different than it used to be. It used to be thicker and delicious. The edges used to be crispy and good. The sauce used to have pesto or something else. Now itâs the boring with no flavor. After that experience Iâm completely done. Should not have to go twice just to still be disappointed. I donât understand why you change stuff and make it worse and charge more. The manager was cool with fixing it but unapologetic. Just handed the bag to me and was like bye! Itâs an inconvenience to have your food wrong and drive back up there and she unfazed by that. Just even more annoying that is still wasnât good. How hard is it to cook the pizza dough thoroughly?! California kitchen frozen pizza is 100% better than what I had...
Read moreI have to say I used to really love Schlotzsky's I mean they're the only Sandwich Company that serves sandwiches on sourdough bread and I love properly cooked sourdough I'm from a small town and we used to have to travel almost 30 minutes just to get to the Schlotzsky's in the big city so when I came to this one on Rockwell I was so excited the first sandwich I had there was so amazing I mean I wish I could have given them a $20 tip just for the great service and how tasty the sandwich was however Every Sandwich I have ordered since then has been hard and over toasted I wouldn't recommend this place you should just go across the street to Chick-fil-A because they're really really friendly and you can get two sandwiches for the same price of one Schlotzsky's they really need to get better but if you read the reviews even the Schlotzsky's corporate office reviews will let you know the whole company has fallen completely short I would not recommend this place for anyone to work or to eat here it seems like a small version of hell...
Read moreBig waste of time and my $10 :/ I asked for the chicken Caesar salad, when I got home I realized they didnât put any eating utensils or napkins in the bag, so itâs a good thing I was going home anyways. So, still excited to try the salad, I dig in and⌠awful. I immediately had to spit the chicken out. It was cold and soggy, it tasted like it was just frozen in a freezer and then given to me⌠but worse. I have never experience soggy grilled chicken before. I tried to take another bite of a piece of chicken and again, soggy, rubbery, and revolting. I could throw up. I will try to remove all of the chicken strips and just eat the rest of the salad but if it has any of that chicken rubbed off on it, Iâm not touching it again. The only thing I could enjoy, after losing the meat of my meal, was the bread sticks that come with the salad. :/ very disappointed. Iâm starting college soon , I donât have money to spend on soggy chicken salads. Waste of...
