My family been there for our very 1st time and very last time. Becase of my daughter want her 1st little puppy š¶ to having our best time play and enjoying tome togethers. We been in there and spending not even for 1 full hour and paid for a full prices. Very disappointed, unwelcoming from a dog trainer inside a Solo's park. I am writing this. Becase he is disrespectful, a good pretending to be welcome for our 1st walked in that small puppies side gate, this trainer is rude to our family, poor customer service skill and seem like he is unhappy with his job up there or something else? We dont know either? But we can't excepted his poorly behaviors. However.. we dont know and understand, how would he be a good tranner to others dogs? Very aggressiveness behavior like all the his biggest dogs that he had trainer inside the small puppy side part. š š š
If someone have a small puppies size and younger kids.. Please dont take them up there. Becase those aggressively dogs and poor trainer will attacks you smaller size puppies ( Our puppie got bites from his bigger dogs) š¶ and your family like us.
We're review to strongly advise against using [Trainer's Name] for dog trainer inside a small puppyš¶. My experience was incredibly negative, and I witnessed techniques that were clearly harmful and ineffective. One of his big dog that stay under his supervisor kept attacks my small puppy. My young daughter daughter got attacked by the same dog and he said that she got cutting by the fan. Even I am pay closer attention and closer attention to my daughter i what happened too. My daughter cried and showed her finger got bleeding by his dog. I'll make sure my daughter not get sick from dog made her got bleeding, if so I'll make sure this Solo's park pay more this situation. He is a good his made up a liers story about it and dont admittedthe truth. Don't even say sorry to us as his customers. This [Trainer's Name] he to become fearful and withdrawn positive, humane training...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām just going to start by saying their check-in point is extremely unprofessional. It looks like youāre walking up to a shed. There was nobody there. I had to walk around the side and walk back in order for someone to notice me and then as soon as I registered for a day pass just to see how it would go for my dog. I walked around toward the other dogs were, and then as soon as I let my dog go free to play with the other puppies there is this one husky that would not leave her alone. It was biting at her aggressively and rolling all over top of her. My dog was not able to enjoy her time there we were there for maybe a solid five minutes before the husky kept rolling all over top of her, biting her And making her yelp in pain and the supposed guard to watch all the dogs didnāt do anything except spray water in the dog face I understand that that is a way to get your dog to stop doing what itās not supposed to do, but the fact that the supposed guard didnāt Ask the owner to make the dog stop or do anything in order to make an enjoyable atmosphere except spray the dog with water, which did absolutely nothing for the husky I will not be returning. Barca is 10,000 times better do not register or spend your money at this place. Iād rather go to Barca and spend a little bit more that has actual Real train professionals on what to do whenever other dogs are physically attacking other dogs and an atmosphere that is so much more adorable. Itās where I can actually leave my dog and enjoy myself so overall this is a waste of space and a waste of time. I drove 45 minutes to try out another place to see if my dog would like it because sheās a social butterfly but no, it is absolutely awful and I wish I couldāve got refunded for that because we spent a total of five minutes there before I had to remove my dog because the husky would not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI really wanted to like this place since our favorite regulated dog park (BarK) shut down. I was hopeful and excited, but unfortunately our experience left us almost certain we wonāt be returning.
The atmosphere wasnāt as exciting or welcoming as Iād hoped, but thatās not a dealbreakerāso we bought our $15 ticket. I was surprised (and honestly a little put off) that the tip screen popped up for a first-time visitor, already set at 33%.
When we entered, there were no employees in sight. My dog was immediately rushed by six dogs. Heās extremely friendly and handled it well, but most dogs would not. Once we sat down, one husky mix (which, according to other reviews, seems to be an employeeās dog) would not stop harassing him. My pup is very submissive, but Iāve never seen him run to me for help at a dog park until this visit. When an employee finally showed up, it was obvious this dog was a known problemātheir tone made it clear this behavior was nothing new.
That employee didnāt stay long, and the next one we saw chose to sit back and do nothing while multiple dogs continued inappropriate behavior. At BarK, some of these dogs would have been told to leave, as they should have been.
We planned to stay for hours, like we would at BarK, but left after less than 30 minutes. We didnāt even bother trying the restaurantāit didnāt feel worth it.
Overall, the employeesā lack of care, the smaller park size, and the unsafe atmosphere made this an unpleasant experience. I feel like I wasted over $20 for half an hour of stress. I truly wanted to love this place, and if major changes are made, Iād consider giving it another try. But as of now, we wonāt be back. We are so sad and wish we could get...
