All their pastries look delicious. I came in for coffee after Church. (My portion of the alphabet was able to attend on Saturday this week), and I've been wanting to try this place. I ordered a coffee and something to eat and the young man cleaned a table for me and I sat down to wait. My coffee came and was fine. Then my food came. But no silverware. He went and got it. Food was good but needed salt and pepper. Where was it? I got up and looked around. Not anywhere to be found. I waited at the counter while a man talked with other customers and never acknowledged my existence for an interminable amount of time. Finally, after I had to shoo the fly out of my coffee for the 2nd time I butted into his conversation with him to ask for salt and pepper. He couldn't find it either. Finally found the salt. 3-4 grains of pepper eventually came out of the back in a little cup. Would it kill them to give a customer some pepper? Especially since my food has now gotten cold? Food is adequate. Their service is very much lacking. My prediction is that they won't last.

It wouldn't hurt to look up from one customer to another, give eye contact and acknowledge you see them. There were at least 10 people in the kitchen who could have looked up and did, but none would acknowledge me either. Please tell me what makes one customer more important...

This is the most amazing place! Everything looks absolutely delicious and beautiful! The ambiance is incredibly delightful! We are so excited this place opened so close! The smoked salmon sandwich was so rich and flavorful. And, oh the quiche! I've never had a better quiche in my life! Full of flavor and perfectly balanced! No one flavor was overwhelming the others. Even the water is astounding. Served in glass cups, it is infused with cucumber. Perfect for quenching any thirst! To finish the meal, try a coffee and dessert. Staying on par with the meal, the dessert and coffee were truly heavenly. As if made for each other, they complemented each other perfectly. The coffee was one of the best I've had. The almond croissant was sweet but not too sweet, moist yet still flaky. Each enhanced the other's flavors, the croissant bringing out the flavor of the coffee and vice versa. Pièce de résistance: a rose flavored macaron. While some may not enjoy the rose flavor, the texture and sweetness was superb. I may need another job just to pay for how much I want to...

I had read about this place on Facebook so decided to give it a try. I am so impressed. They had an amazing selection of items. I wanted to try them all. Jacob, the gentleman that waited on me, was awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me pick out a selection and it was amazing. I ordered the hot chocolate as I heard it was made with real chocolate that they melt in front of you. I could tell there was an issue as Jacob seemed frustrated as I was watching him. He brought it out to me and kept apologizing. They were out of the Belgium chocolate shavings and homemade marshmallows. He tried his best to make it with ingredients that they had. It was still an amazing experience. He even brought me a treat as a personal apology. I could not finish my goodies so got a bag to take it home. Again he apologized. I told him not to worry that it gave me an excuse to come back. It was so refreshing being in an establishment that cares. They are becoming harder and harder to find. Can’t wait to go back. I hope Jacob is working...

Life changing pastries~! Now before you put me down for exaggerating. My perception up to this point has been, pastries are too sweet, and are only pretty looking. I always questioned my friend who frequents at this pastry shop. My first morning in OK, he mentions he wants to take us to a pastry shop or for some pho. We decided on this pastry shop, and I was a bit hesitant. We walk in, and sure everything looked beautiful, and IG worthy, but would it taste somewhat decent? Everything was the perfect level of sweetness. None of that grocery store, diabetes sweetness, here. The fruit adds a nice tartness to counter the richness of the tart and cream. The coffee was superb and fragrant! The ITALIAN PROSCIUTTO is simple, but the dedication of choosing quality ingredients shows. The star of this is the bread, its light and buttery but it has a nice chew to it. Recommended for everyone. If you haven't ventured into the world of pastry, let this place be your first.

The place looks cold and somewhat “unfinished” upon walk in. I think they were going for the minimal look, but failed. The selection was disappointing, I was expecting it to be like a proper bakery. There were very few desserts displayed (see photo). It’s more like a fancy dessert place than a French patisserie. It was cool how you could see the chefs through the window working behind the counter. The cake I bought said meringue, but it wasn’t meringue, it was a soft cream and marshmallow on top. It was far too sweet, but that could be my European taste buds, I’m not not accustomed to so much sugar. I could only eat about a quarter of it before starting to feel sick. However, the macaroons were delicious! The staff were also nice. This box was $21 for 7. Not the cheapest but worth it, I’d say they are larger than normal. Overall, I’d recommend stopping for the macarons if you are in the area, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for this bakery.
