Tony's Tacos — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I’m not one to ever leave reviews but the customer service here is the worst. I will give them credit for having really good tacos but thats as good as it gets. The first time we ordered with them they got our order completely wrong. We decided to give them another chance but the same thing happened. We ordered 5 tacos, 1 burrito, and a side of rice and beans. We were charged $41 for our order. Have in mind their tacos are $1.99 each and burritos are $3.99 each. I cant imagine a plate of rice and beans is more than $5. Our order should’ve been no more than $25. But we didnt pay any mind to the price at the time we paid.

When we got home we realized they gave us 9 tacos and 1 burrito. Not to mention the burrito ONLY had meat and we found a hair in one of the tacos.

We went back to get our order corrected and the girl who attended us was rude. She’s a bigger girl with black hair. Not sure if she’s the owners daughter. She “corrected” the order and refunded us the difference they overcharged us. When she handed us the food and money she didnt say a word. Just placed it in our hand and walked away. We’d 1000000% rather go to La Tropicana which is just down the street and has much better food...

I’ve been here twice, and twice have I got home and realized my order is completely wrong.

I ordered 5 steak tacos, rice and beans, and a burrito.. I get home and I have 12 steak tacos and the most dry burrito I have ever seen in my life, just steak inside the flower tortilla.

Customer service is the worst, I believe they have potential but with many other reviews stating customer service is bad and the fact that you order something in specific and they make it their way says a lot about them. I would recommend if you are into bad customer service, and then making food their way.

Please check your food before leaving this place. You’ll regret it by the time you’re home...

So I eat here constantly and today I drive up and I didn’t speak Spanish so I said English please I order a steak quesadilla just the quesadilla and I was charged $7 previously and the tacos are $2.79 I was charged $20 for something that was 12.58 before tax I wasn’t going to care but today they were so greasy I eat here a couple times a week and this was all around no for me today idk if a new cook was cooking but my food had so much grease it was really disgusting and the young lady was cute but to be overcharge cause I don’t speak Spanish is crazy I support small businesses but the food has to be the same every time I wasted my time and money and...
