Woops! Macarons & Gifts (Penn Square Mall) — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Wish there was a way to give zero stars. Called before I came she said they were open went to the counter and girl named was Melanie or Melody stated she could not help me right now she was busy doing something else. I watched her turn away three other customers then she looked at me and said you’re making me uncomfortable can you please come back later. I wasn’t doing anything but standing there over 10 feet away, calmly while she was counting her drawer. The place had been open for almost 1 hour. You have lost a customer for life! Follow up review- Owner called me and she is Melanie not the worker and gave me a very heart felt apology for her employee. I 100% accept her apology and will return! Thank you again for calling me! It really means a lot when owner show they care...

The staff member was not friendly. He had an annoyed and condescending tone when speaking with me. I asked how pricing worked and if the business was local or not.

Despite his attitude and the overpriced cost for 1 macaroon let alone more than one. I was polite and purchased anyways. You know for his time or attitude or whatever.

The macaroon lacked flavor, freshness, and sweetness. I can only assume it was a few days old by how hard it was....

Purchased a box of macarons and they tasted old, stale and dry. I call the store and spoke with the owner, Melanie and she acted like I was wrong. She said they are constantly changed out and then blamed it on the company changing the recipe. She offered a 20% discount on my next purchase.
