I walked into this Carl's JR location and immediately heard a manager yelling at an employee. After standing waiting to be served for about 45 seconds the manager comes to the front and says someone will be right with me and then walked away. Just to come back roughly 20 seconds later obviously frustrated no one helped me yet. Then proceeded to answer the drive thru order while still dealing with me.
When my food was served it was by an employee that just recently arrived and she was nice.
The steakhouse Angus was okay, it's advertised as having A1 sauce but mine was completely void of anything other than mayo.
Nearing the end of my meal the manager proceeds to yell for employees to start doing certain tasks, clearly heard throughout the entire dining area.
Cleaning was definitely in need, all tables not closed had crumbs, as well as the seats and floor around the tables. The trash cans looked in good order as well as the drink station.
The front counter is a little confusing they have a divider separating the two registers making it confusing as to which register to go to.
Overall this Carl's jr is pretty standard. This may seem like a harsh review and it is, every location needs to step up with cleanliness and customer service.
With only 4 tables open tables must be cleaned more often. After each customer would be ideal but I understand that is not practical. We are over a year into this pandemic so I understand people have pandemic fatigue but that is no excuse to start falling back...
Read moreWhen we got there we were told we had to wait to order... and the dude just started putting food in the cookers, after waiting a few minutes other people started coming in and his boss had to tell him to take care of us all. We ordered a #18 and #3. We asked for the #18 to be plain, no condiments on it. While waiting for our food it was utter chaos. Everyone was trying to do everyone’s job, bouncing from one station to the next. BOTH managers had their long hair down and repeatedly kept touching it and the food with NO gloves on. We heard the one manager tell the girl making our food that the hamburger/chicken burger were PLAIN. When we got our food, we had to remind them of our drinks. When we checked our food they weren’t plain at all and they forgot not only the French fries but also the cookie that came with my boyfriends meal. It was apparent they were messing up A LOT of orders by watching them all try to do all each other’s jobs instead of just focusing on their own job. There were more than enough workers there for them to be at their own separate stations. I’ve worked fast food rush before and this was a SLOW time for any fast food place. Then after ten minutes waiting to get to window he opens window and asked me if I ordered something I did not, so then I told him again and he was entering it ask I was telling him, so obviously when I gave him my order over the intercom he wasn’t typing it in, and then as I’m face to face ordering and he is typing it in. my whole order was wrong I got egg on my suasage and cheese biscuit did not get my hash browns and my son ordered a double bacon cheese burger plain and he got bbq sauce on it and onion rings plus I ordered a small Coke and my son orders a strawberry lemonade and we both got diet cokes I mean how hard is it to take an order, I mean one thing wrong maybe but the whole order destroyed that’s someone who just doesn’t care or is extremely tired or probably something else, but I wouldn’t eat here if I were you.
