IHOP — Restaurant in Oklahoma

There is one employee that work here her name is Pam, I told her that I would take my time to stop what I was doing and write this IHOP a review because of her. She made sure my order was exactly how we wanted it, she even let us place a togo order so we wouldnt have to eat then get back in line, she even gave us a extra cup for ice and helped me with my card comps to pay my balance. She was beyond amazing, I am 38 years old and she has by far the best service skills I have ever seen in my lifetime of eating at any restaurant. Best personality, professionalism and beyond caring. This is not your standard IHOP. It's an IHOP Express, so folks who are expecting table service here have gone into things with expectations that are way too high. This is IHOP's "fast casual experience", where you order at the counter, you round up your own napkins, silverware, and drinks, and they bring you your food when it's ready.

We placed our order and sat down. An hour and a half later after everyone behind us ordered, sat down, ate then left, we questioned the waitress about why our order was taking so long. She took our ticket from the table and took it to the kitchen. The cook blamed the girl at the counter who took our order. The waitress blamed the cook.

The food was ok with the exception of an eggshell on the plate. The waitress never checked in on us. I walked to the counter to get a to-go box. This is the first place ever that I did not leave a tip. Would I visit again, most likely not. Miserable experience from...
