This place is going down hill... I went through the drive thru around 5:45. My receipt reads beef/cheddar meal, 4” bun, small combo fry, no onion roll, small drink. I would have ordered more, maybe a shake, but the person taking my order was rushing me and even deciding my drink order for me. So curly fries and a coke, right? No??? Dr. Pepper please? Fine. Rattles off the total and cut off. At the window, he asked if I wanted any sauces, yes Arby’s sauce please? Other than rudeness, here’s what I got: NO Arby’s sauce! Not even one! A lukewarm, cool in the middle beef sandwich on a sesame seed bun. I ordered a BEEF & CHEDDAR on a sesame seed bun. I did get curly fries, but it’s like cold, old ones at the bottom and a couple of fresh tossed on top. My Dr. Pepper wasn’t full and mostly ice, really only a few sips in it. I only live 2 miles away. I’ve been here many times and made it home with the right, hot or warm food and sauce. What a bland, sad and small dinner. All for $7.43 + the obvious “I don’t want to be here” attitude. Is this what you get for trying to order what you want at this Arby’s? It’s been a a month or two since I’ve been in, not sure...

At 9:40 PM the closest Arby's still open by the time I would get there was at 13790 S. Black Bob Road, Olathe, Kansas. Yeah it would take 27 mins to get home but I could just pop the bag in the microwave for a minute and it'd be good as gold. I got the 2 for $6 (two beef and cheddar classics) Large Curly fry $2.59, Small Mozz sticks $3.29 and 2 Pizza sliders for $3.18. With tax $1.43 the total was $16.49. I drove the 27 mins (21Miles) home and put the bag in the microwave. Sat down in front of the TV, looked in the bag and.......no fries. Yes, I should have checked before I left to come home but at 10pm I was the only one in line at the window so there was no rush. I'm not worried about the $2.59 for the fries. I was, however, looking forward to some tasty Arby's curly...
Read moreWe decided on trying the new angus beefsteak sandwich after seeing how good it looks on the commercial. The guy that took my order was pleasant. I placed my order which was the Angus beefsteak sandwich meal upcharged for a jamocha shake. My Granddaughter ordered the chicken sandwich meal. My Granddaughter's Chicken sandwich was burnt had to take it back to the counter, the cashier took it & remade her another chicken sandwich which was partially burnt. When I received my food I didn't get my shake I had to stop eating & go to the counter to get my shake. The Angus beefsteak sandwich was 3/10 Angus filling was to runny which caused the bread to be soggy. The curly fries were hard fried too long. The food is over priced for the quality of the food. The best thing from my meal was the jamocha shake. The food on this visit was not...
