I normally do not have a problem with this property but today (7/20/23) was the first issue. I placed an order online for pickup. Estimate time said 9 minutes. I drove to the property which took only 10 mins and then waited out in my car waiting for the app to notify me my order was ready. After waiting another 10 to 15 minutes outside and never receiving the notification, I looked up and noticed no one was making any orders from the windows and saw a number of bags already set and ready to go so I go inside to grab my order and after checking the bags on the pickup area one of the guys asks for my name. He doubled checked the bags then went to the register and casually prints out a ticket then goes and set it down by the opposite end of the counter and signals to a young lady to start my order.. when I noticed this I asked to confirm was my order not ready.. and the young man just brushed it off and said “no, I don’t know what happened but it will only take 30 seconds”. While the young lady made my order I asked her since my order fell through the cracks and was not made as it should have been could they add extra meat for the mishap. She doesn’t even look at me nor answers me and just continues to box my order. I ask again and she just says no.. I ask to speak to the manager to ask for their approval. I was told Carlos was the manager. They call him over, I explained what happened and simply asked for one extra scoop of meat and I kid you not, every last one of them just stared back at me like I was speaking a different language. After repeating myself several times I just said never mind and have a good day and left. I’m not upset with the order not being ready nor am I upset about the young lady not be able to approve of extra meat but Jesus.. no one cared enough to even say hey “I’m sorry for the inconvenience”. Now obviously, them not having my order ready was a not a big deal, I literally waited only the 30 seconds that the young man originally stated but I doubt that extra scoop of meat would have bankrupted Chipotle so I too felt that my request wasn’t a big deal. Read moreThis is a sincerely awful Chipotle. Tortilla -rice-bean guy is having a convo with his buddy in front of us for several minutes before the ordering even starts. Huge backup on the line. Every customer in line's food is sitting there for almost 10 minutes getting cold. They're out of pre-portioned chips so cashier kid is hand scooping chips for each order. Gloves up, grabs 3 or 4 chips (literally) and puts them into a bowl to transfer them to a chip bag. Degloves. Washes his hands. Takes the chips up to the front. None of this is being done with the slightest bit of urgency or consideration of customers. Then no ice for my drinks. Then no Chipotle Tabasco for my now cold burrito. None at other tables either. Just out and haven't refilled a single bottle. I should add that there were 7 employees working. This is a Sunday night at 8:00 and 7 employees couldn't figure out how to handle a "rush" of 12-15 customers in a 20 minute span. Well, it was actually 8 employees, but one employee chose to sit complacently in the booth closest to the cash register, hearing the cashier struggle and the customers clearly annoyed. Just sat there. On break. No dinner. Just chilling listening to everything back up.

Read moreI don’t like leaving bad reviews, especially at chains that I know to be reliable, but I’ve discovered that not all Chipotle locations are the same quality. Today I decided to go to a different location than usual because it was closer to where I was at the time. Should have read the reviews beforehand. I placed an app order because I like the convenience of grabbing the food to go to avoid time inside the place. When I picked up my bag of two burrito bowls, I should have checked them because the bag was oddly light for what I had ordered. When I got home I opened the first bowl and laughed at how small it was- especially for asking for extra rice. It was about a half regular portion, if that, compared to other locations I’ve been to. That was just the start. There were literally 5 small pieces of chicken, about 5 peppers, a few kernels of corn, and the cheese that I had requested extra of was almost non existent. I’m not sure if this location was low on ingredients or what, but they are definitely not only skimping on regular portions, they are legitimately scamming the customers for what little they’re giving, at least in the pick up orders.
