Sandwich was good. Would have been a lot better if it was made correctly when I ordered it 2.5 hours ago. It is really frustrating to pay $14 for a sandwich to be made incorrectly and the only option is to drive back to the store and have it remade. I am a busy parent and don’t have time to load my kids in the car and drive back. Next time I’ll make sure to micro manage the staff and double check my entire sandwich before leaving to make sure I get what I paid for. Other solutions could include: Improving the kiosk system so that customizations are more clear to the employee. Improving employee training on reading and executing tickets from the kiosk. Not allowing employees to have their small minor children behind the counter eating from the sandwich prep bar with no gloves near a dangerous meat slicer. It is probably a bit distracting. And also against health code.
I love businesses that support parents and caregivers. But perhaps having children stay in the office or seated in a booth would be more appropriate than at the sandwich...

I went the other day and there were two people working who said they’ve been frantically busy all day, and they were scrambling to make subs while running out of the gross ingredients they had to work with. Meanwhile, the Goodcents at 151st and Mur-len have 4-5 people working at any given time. This was the first and last time I’ll eat at this Goodcents.
